Aug 20,2023I told the representative that the vehicle needed a bumper. He gave me a price of 1495.00. They wanted pictures of the vehicle, and DL. The pictures were promptly uploaded. I received a call from the representative stating I didn't tell him the vehicle didn't have a bumper and the price now reduced to 1000.00. I replied, "I told you the vehicle needed a bumper. We went back and forth and regardless the offer was stuck at 1,000. This is a 2014 Ford Expedition with a good body. The ad says they buy" junk vehicles" and they give up to 5,000.00. It didn't matter when I stated it needed a bumper. I didn't lie. I disclosed the issue with the vehicle and felt it wasn't right the price was reduced.

Aug 20,2023I submitted all my information and paperwork. I got an offer and I accepted it . They were supposed to pick up on a Tuesday . August15. No one came I kept calling to see if there were still coming . I made few calls Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Everytime they sent me to voicemail. Such a waste of my time 😡.

Aug 19,2023Lied on multiple occasions. Agreed on a specific amount and once the title was notorized in their name they retracted the offer and tried giving me a fraction of what was agreed upon. Changing pick up fees last minute etc... Worst company I've ever attempted to do business with. Edit: Filing a lawsuit and seeing all the similar experiences please reach out to me if you're in NE PA

Aug 19,2023They are absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I got a quote from CarVIO and was told $725 but it would be $625 with pickup and we agreed. I was also advised by a sales person to switch out my brand new tires for old ones and to switch the brand new battery I put into it for the old one since I just put brand new parts into/on the vehicle. I left the tires but took out the brand new battery as I was advised to do. I was told Wednesday they would come and no one showed after took off of work. Got a call on Thursday that they were going to come again on Friday with no explanation on what happened on Wednesday due to CarVIO is a 3rd party company and dispatch as to go through a 2nd Company to even get in touch with CarVIO. The dispatch company then called me on Friday telling me they are making their driver turn around and my car cannot be pickup up due to CarVIO stating they didn't take out the pick up fee (meanwhile the check she had was for $625 like we agreed on with pickup vs the original $725 if I dropped it off). When I texted CarVIO since no one ever answers the phone I was then told it's not the delivery fee like dispatch told me it was, it's that the car no longer starts meanwhile I was advised to take out the brand new battery by the sales person. Now I have missed 2 days of work. I have asked for a manager to call me multiple times and no one has. It's insane how when I got the quote they called me 15xs a day and texted me to get the info they needed in but now that I took off of work and the vehicle is ready for pickup no one texts me back or even called. I would give them 0 stars but I had to do one to at least get my review in. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! THEIR SALES PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT, EACH PERSON WILL TELL YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND THEY ALSO PLAN FOR PICKUP AND NEVER SHOW EVEN AFTER YOU TAKE OFF OF WORK BECAUSE YOUR TOLD YOU NEED TO BE THERE!
