Aug 17,2023Simple process to get CarVIO all of the information that is required in order for them to accept your vehicle at the price offered. My only issues were that I received a call on Friday that my vehicle would be picked up on Monday but they weren't sure of a time. I was told it would not be in the morning but later in the afternoon and I would get a call 1 hour before pick up, great I went to work Monday morning. After I was at work for 1 1/2 hours, I get a call that the driver will be there in 30 minutes, we agreed on 45 minutes because I had to get home. When the driver arrived he did not have my check but I made a phone call to CarVIO and they reached out to the auto auction that was actually picking up my vehicle. The woman I spoke with at the auto auction got it all straighten out and I had my check the next day.

Aug 17,2023Very efficient and easy to contact! The only think that kept it from perfect service was the pickup time. Whenever I was called and asked for a timeframe, I chose the best option for me between 8-12 but they didn’t actually arrive until way after 4:30.
