Aug 15,2023They start off with fast communication and really excited to help with the sell of your car however after signing the contract they stop communicating with me , no email , no phone call, nothing. just silence and claims unfulfilled . Also anytime I call Carvio is always "busy" never was this busy initially

Aug 15,2023The agent and the automated messages from the company was very insistent about sending in the documents for the vehicle. I got offered 1,500 initially and said he would increase it to 1,825 if I did turn in all the documents. I asked if he could kindly make it even with 2,000 but he said he tried all he could but I went to Carmax and had it appraised for 3,600. And they’re not hounding me every day either. So logically that’s where I’ll be selling my car!

Aug 16,2023Honestly, I was VERY skeptical of this whole deal. I was offered double what the area salvage yards offered me and thought it was too good to be true! I did ALL kinds of research after I was offered $1100 for my car that didn't run! CARVIO has an A+ with the BBB. The evening that I send the Pictures in, I was told that the deal was approved. That evening the Tow truck co. called to set up a tow for 9 the next morning. When I met the driver he got out of the truck and handed me the 1100 check before I could even shake his hand hello. Still being skeptical because of a check, I called the bank (That it was drawn on) to verify Funds before handing him the title. My bank did put a hold on it (just because they had not heard of the company) 5 days later I have $1100 in my account. I would HIGHLY recommend Selling a vehicle to CARVIO!!!
