Jun 22,2024An unbelievably smooth process from start to finish. Have had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past but Will from the Wigan branch of Chorley Nissan put those worries to rest. We knew what we wanted, was shown what we could have, got a great deal and at no point was there any hard sell of any product, just a clear explanation of services and products. Car was ready for the time it was agreed it would be, can't think of anything to fault in all honesty and would 100% recommend giving these a look if you're looking for a new car.

Jun 19,2024I bought a 2019 Qashqai (24k miles) from Chorley Wigan. The sale with Paul Atherton was great, exactly what you want in a salesman, very helpful, went above and beyond with no pressure at all. Within the first couple of weeks I noticed the car had some clutch judder and a creaking front offside. Called Chorley Nissan who were helpful and got the car in pretty quickly. The car was with them for about a week for a replacement clutch and a bush on the front offside was lubricated, to resolve the creaking. After this I had a few instances of the emergency brake engaging and engaging the brakes for no reason at all. Road was clear etc, so called Chorley Nissan and the car was booked in again for the brake issue & still had a creaking front offside. No diagnostics or road test could determine the brake issue (which I still have) but this time the garage found a cracked ball joint on the front offside, which was replaced. Not quite sure how the car passed pre delivery inspections/MOT, or why it wasn’t picked up in the first instance. Queried the brake issue with Nissan as to me seems quite dangerous but they weren’t overly interested. Apparently it’s a pretty common issue. Overall I wouldn’t buy another vehicle from Chorley Nissan or Nissan vehicle in general.

I couldn't decide between two different cars; both of which Chorley Nissan had in their forecourt (which was very convenient), and we spent the time comparing the features and test driving to help me make an informed decision. Paul has made the whole process completely painless and I couldn't recommend him and Chorley Nissan Blackpool enough - and I'm in love with my new wheels! A huge thank you to Paul and the team.

In particular a young man called Sean Warrington who made the whole experience of purchasing a car both pleasurable and straightforward for me. He kept me informed at all stages of the process and was polite and helpful throughout. I have a disability that affects my ability to process information and can sometimes feel overwhelmed, so I told Sean this as soon as we met. He set an appropriate pace and double checked everything with me to ensure I understood what was needed of me and kept me informed via calls and email. I was treated with respect and a friendly and helpful attitude by everyone at Chorley Group and would definitely return to them for any future car purchases. Well done Chorley Group !!!!

Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained in a calm easy to understand manner. All aspects of the transaction were dealt with by Dave and we highly recommend this company.
