No pushy sales people, able to browse around and when we were ready the staff, especially Ian Haggerty, were extremely helpful and courteous, able to answer all our questions. Once we chose our car Ian was very helpful with our requests regarding the vehicle and got everything sorted in a timely manner. Of course all garages offer extra products etc but Ian respected our wishes and wasn't trying to push anything on to us. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was at the end of a phone whenever we needed help. Even offered to deliver our car to us but as we were working Ian came in on his day off to hand over the car which was much appreciated by us. Brilliant service from start to finish, would highly recommend visiting if you are after a new car, a relaxing hassle free experience for us.

Even after getting your car, Naim is always a call away if you have any issues. You never get the pushy sales tactics with Naim and John, they always give you a genuine advice. Naim has gone above and beyond for all three of my purchases and would highly recommend him.

The car was exactly as advertised & the few little items that need attending to were done without any question or argument. Car came with a service history, full MOT, years RAC membership & a years warranty. . Now there is no where else offering anything near that! . Dean Knowles the sales person that dealt with me all through the process. Made this the smoothest, easiest & most enjoyable car purchase I have had in 40 years of driving. . No pushy sales person here, just a nice honest guy. Doing a great job at a great company. . Buying a used car, with over 14 sites dotted around the North West. This is the place to go & if you can deal with Dean Knowles. I am sure you will have a great experience

I had an idea but once Vijay started to go through the advantages/disadvantages of the cars we soon settled on the car that suited my needs. He has so much integrity, very caring and ensures you understand the workings of the car. He allows plenty of time, you never feel rushed and he explains everything very well. I finally got the perfect car that ticked all my boxes. He is an asset to Nissan. I am very impressed with the service and my car.

The deal on my new X-trail was put together after carefully listening to my requirements, the finance package was explained fully and i was kept informed regularly about my delivery date. Apr 18,2024I was trying to track down a lock and cable for van door. Lee Crook in parts tracked part down , ordered and phoned early morning as promised. On arrival at Blackburn I walked into showroom and was immediately met by a salesman who introduced me to Lee. Got part which I fitted as was perfect. Full marks from start to finish. Good old fashioned service. Keep it up.
