We bought my wife a brand new vehicle in February 2024 from Blackpool Nissan from Szymon and his manager Jamie. What an amazing experience, and service from the two of them. By far the friendliest and easiest way to buy a car. We said we would be back in about 18 months for myself when my current car was due to be upgraded. However we couldn't wait 18 months so last week we called back in to see what deal could be done................ 24 hours later I got the exact vehicle I wanted with help of both Szymon and Jamie, some additional extra from them to make it the perfect vehicle. Within 24 hours the car was on site, and in a total of 7 days it was registered, prepped and hidden underneath a bright red Nissan cover for me to see in person for the first time. What was amazing was the daily updates whilst I waited for collection of my car. I received personalized videos showing me my car when it arrived, and updates on where we were with the prep. We are so grateful to Szymon and Jamie for everything they did for us, and still do. We will certainly be returning to this dealership to upgrade our cars in the future, wouldn't trust anyone else with our car buying experience. Purchased a Nissan juke from Darren at Chorley Nissan Wigan. He was friendly, not pushy and explained everything very well to me. He kept me informed of when the car was due to arrive and when I could pick it up. On the day of collection Darren showed me how everything worked and even helped me set the radio stations I wanted. I was very happy with the service I received and will use Chorley Nissan again in the future.
Purchased what I thought was the perfect car 'mostly' online and arranged collection on 28th Feb. Long story short is that this car broke down 45 minutes after collecting it and 6 weeks later, having been with Nissan 4 times, the engine management light remains on. Longer Story: We had looked for a very specific Qashqai trim for a while - we found what we thought would be the perfect one in Chorley Group Preston - how wrong could we be. Lewis Rourke was amazing during the pre-sales process, videoing the vehicle 'which had a Chorley Preston Full Service History' and answering normal questions. I paid the money and arranged collection a week or so later. I live 6 hours from the dealer. I arrive at about lunchtime and the car is not ready in any state. It had a service and MOT but the advisories (bald tyres) had not been done. I filled in the digital paperwork simply signing a tablet PC - more on this below. Lewis arranged with the workshop to do the tyres and they put a new one on the front left and rear right - not even bothering to rotate them to have the axles match. Not too much of a problem I thought - I have a 6 hour drive ahead of me and need to get on the road - I'll get this sorted myself...!! I've been here about 2 hours at this point just sat in the showroom. I finally leave the dealership at about 3:30 and get to the motorway exiting the 50mph speed zone and try getting up to motorway speed - lights and sounds go off everywhere. The car judders like mad at any speed above 50. I call Chorley and the advice was "err, I don't know what to suggest, by the time you get back, we will be closed".... thanks Chorley - 15 grand spent to buy a broken car and you have no idea other than saying "try to drive it home and get it into a different Nissan dealer tomorrow". I limp the car for the next 8 hours annoying every HGV from Preston to Portsmouth. I call Chorley in the morning and they still have no idea how to sort other than calling breakdown. I do this and while not a review of RAC - they are who Nissan use and who messaged me every 30 minutes from 5 pm until they arrived at 02:40 in the morning. I had to let this happen because without breakdown, I had no way of getting the vehicle to a more local Nissan Dealer. RAC turned up and said - needs to go to Nissan, we can't tow it because someone will need to pay for that. Cheers Chorley - banging advice that. This is not a review of what followed with other Nissan dealers and I'll write that into other reviews but 6 weeks later this perfect car they sold me, which they MOT'd and serviced 1 day before collecting it has needed a new aux belt, a new fuel rail, injectors, spark plugs replaced twice, discs and pads replaced all round, 2 new tyres and ABS sensors. I have begged for Chorley Nissan to engage with me but their absolute arrogance knows no bounds. One call from their aftersales manager with promises to 'deal with it properly' remained as one call. I have since learned that he has now left the group, but rather than someone else pick up the customers he was dealing with - Chorley have simply dropped those relationships as well. We are here now with a broken car, having spent a load of money on travel to and from Nissan locally, hire cars and working through the mess still with a car which throws the engine management light every 2 days. Here's my theory - this car was originally sold by Chorley to the previous owner and was serviced by Chorley - that person then purchased a new vehicle and chopped this one in - Chorley literally went 'wash it and sell it' and didn't do any of the checks they promise they do as part of their intelligent choice used program - Challenge to YOU Chorley Group - I've asked for this paperwork maybe 10 times in email/via Nissan UK but you won't provide it. It didn't happen did it....? I am seriously questioning the quality of the MOT as well but that's ongoing so I will leave it off here. Now coming back to the wonderful Chorley group processes - the lovely Lewis used my e-signature in the dealership captured to start 'the handover process' to also sign every document and score himself and Chorley 10 out of 10 in Nissan and Chorley surveys including that I had been on a road test, that he'd talked through the vehicle, shown me the service book and two keys....................tons of stuff..... none of which happened....!! Go into this place with your eyes open and make sure you look over everything - because if something goes wrong, they are not only clueless in how to fix it - they refuse to engage as well. I reckon I would have had a better experience going to a back street garage. Please Chorley - you can see I don't do reviews - I've done everything I can to beg for your help but you refuse - please can you call me ?? I've another 5 months to reject the car and will do if it doesn't get fixed, all at your cost.

Recently purchased our family car from Kia Blackpool and could not fault everyone we dealt with. From the online enquiry, Paul Servant quickly got in touch with a video message showing us the car we'd enquired on and arranged a visit for us that weekend. With two little ones in tow (aged 3 and 18 months), these situations can often become a little stressful but the whole team at Kia made us feel welcome, giving us the time and space to make the right decision and helping with drinks and crayons to keep the littles occupied! After agreeing on our chosen vehicle, Paul kept in touch throughout the week to update us on all checks and arranged a smooth and easy handover. Company slogan of “big enough to cope small enough to care” feels very hollow following our recent experience. Saw vehicle advertised, agreed purchase, deposit paid, paperwork completed, date agreed to pick up vehicle. 2 days prior to arranged collection, 1week after the agreed purchase, contacted by the garage to say there had been an error with advertised price. We then Waited for 2 days for general manager to contact us to let us know what was happening, only to be told the agreed purchase could not go ahead due to a pricing error, quoting small print in the contract. Very disappointing considering 5 out of the 6 group values posted on the website. The 6th value obviously the most important to the group ‘to operate profitably’
