We bought a Vauxhall Mokka from the Ormskirk branch earlier this month and can't recommend the staff highly enough. Mark was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't push us into making any decisions. There was a small issue when collecting the car, which was not the sales teams fault, but this was resolved quickly and we were pleased with the service we received. Mark even called a week or so later to check everything was OK. We are very happy with our new car and will most likely be going back for any future purchases.
I recently Bought a Vauxhall Corsa from the Chorley Group Vauxhall garage in Ormskirk. During the process Matthew was a pleasure to deal with. He was very transparent about options and even helped with other factors of purchasing a car which he did not need to.

He got me an amazing deal, helped me with my registration plate and his after care has been exceptional. He even personally put AdBlue in for me today. I rarely leave reviews, and I've historically had very low expectations of the experience of buying used cars. When looking for a particular colour/model of car I almost passed over Chorley Group (Wigan) expecting the hard sell and to pay a premium over the general market price, but in the name of exploring all my options I went down there and was lucky enough to have the attention of Paul Atherton who completely disarmed my initial misgivings about the experience, and it turned into an exceptionally positive one. There was absolutely no hard sell about any aspect of the car or extras. Paul actually listened and did not push anything on me, accommodated every aspect to the purchase to suit me, and left me feeling I had got a good deal. I am delighted with the car and Paul's attentiveness throughout, even with the courtesy call 2 weeks after purchase. I would truly go back again in future and recommend the Wigan branch, and Paul, to anyone.

Bought a Kia XCeed from David Gore at Blackpool Kia. David was a pleasure to be served by. He was friendly, informative and went out of his way to help. My 88 year old dad listened to his CD’s in my previous car and the Kia doesn’t have a CD player built in. David spent time looking for a portable CD that would be compatible and sent me the link to purchase it. This works perfect either with Bluetooth or connected to a radio frequency. I would hesitate in recommending him to my friends and family.
I recently purchased a Nissan Juke from Chorley. Paul helped me through the process from start to finish, he wasn't pushy at all and was patient in explaining the whole process to me. I must say best experience I've had whole making a purchase.
The whole experience from initial contact to picking up the car, even given a lift from home to the dealership was first class. The sales person, Dave demonstrated complete respect for my requirements with every step of the process fully explained. In my opinion excellent customer focus.

I can’t express more about my dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received following my recent car purchase in January 2024. Initially, I had a positive experience that led me to leave a favorable review. However, my satisfaction has drastically changed due to ongoing issue with my vehicle. I have encountered a problem with a loose dashboard, which is a factory issue. Despite reaching out to your customer service team for the past 2-3 months, I have been met with inadequate support and have been informed that I simply need to accept the situation without any resolution. Even saying Iam the one who made it!!!!!!!!! Made a part of the dashboard loose!!!!!!! This lack of accountability and unwillingness to address a legitimate concern is disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expect from Nissan.
MY VAUXHALL HAS BEEN BACK FOR WARRANTY WORK TWICE ,AFTER 4 MONTHS STILL AWAITING A PHONE CALL TO SAY HOW ITS GOING, CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP IS NON EXCISTENT , NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM MAIN DEALERSHIP
