Jul 31,2024I made an appointment at Chorley Group Blackpool using the on line service. I was unsure about going electric and I had plenty of questions to ask about doing so. On my arrival at the showroom I was greeted by David Gore who it turns out, had an excellent knowledge of the electric cars. David answered all of my questions without hesitation and displayed the utmost courtesy throughout my visit. There was no sales pressure whatsoever and, after completing the deal, I left feeling I had done the right thing, I collected the car a few days later and again, David displayed an excellent manner and was very thorough with handover procedure. I am very pleased with my purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

He explained the motability process clearly and laid out all our options He made the whole process easy and enjoyable, especially as I have terrible anxiety issues. We went away very happy. Jul 27,2024I had my car serviced at Chorley Group Wigan Branch, for 12 years, in Febuary of this year had a problem, with my key fobs on my Nissan Micra, I was told they could not help me for 2 months, after heated conversation, the Branch told me , they could do me a favour . If I brought my car in 3 weeks, In the end I said Thanks but no Thanks. Spoke to a Senior Manager , who told me I was talking rubbish, and waffle. I would Avoid this Company, and Branch. They do not care about Customer Service . I should be having my Car Serviced , and Mot done in September 2024 , Chorley Group at Wigan will not be doing it.

From my first contact with Lee who had Alex from sales send a video of the car and was my main point of contact. They happily took my car as part ex and kept me up to date throughout the process even sending another video of the car after it had been valeted. The car was then delivered to my home in Swansea by a lovely gentleman and in perfect condition. Probably one of the best customer service I have ever experienced, the team here are a credit to the company, thank you so much and yes I love my new car!!!

Even after we set of home we have had great after sales from David as the car developed a few electrical issues and he has guided us through getting these issues sorted out. All in all a great experience so far.
