Nov 25,2023We bought a Nissan quashqai e-power from Chorley Nissan everything seem to go smoothly at the start but after receiving the car I found the quashqai e-power to be very very loud when it's charging the battery. I've contacted Chorley Nissan about this a number of time and asked if I can bring the car in to be looked at as it's noisier than my old 2011 Nissan quashqai when it's charging the battery ( very loud ) - but I'm not getting any response from them.

Nov 21,2023My wife and myself called in on spec at Chorley Vauxhall Ormskirk on July 16th 2023 with the intention of changing our car to a Vauxhall Crossland.We met Phil Carver who allowed us to look round and inside a similar model in stock and we decided to order a new model.He sorted all the relevant paperwork and explained the problems the trade was experiencing on deliveries but said he would keep in touch to keep us informed.Eventually a new car arrived November 2023 and we arranged to pick up the new vehicle November 16th 2023.Phil had already sorted out all the relevant papers and took us to try the car out after explaining the controls.On return he downloaded some of the details we asked for on to the info system and said any problems just contact him.He is a very polite and attentive professional person and we felt very at ease in his company.I would have no problem in saying the whole experience was excellent and we were both thankful for his expertise and attention.

Nov 21,2023Rob was great from the moment I inquired. He treated me with respect and did everything possible to help me. He wasn’t pushy but made all the information easily accessible to me. Within half an hour of my enquiry he’d sent me a video of the car I was interested in. It was easy to go see the car and take a test drive. Rob helped make sure I got what I needed in a car. The package I got from Chorley Group was great, warranty and RAC cover, giving me peace of mind. The car is great and they sorted any little bits for me. Delivery went smoothly and Rob made sure I got the car as quickly as possible. Rob was on hand to answer all the questions I had, always replying speedily. The service was personalised to me and I can’t think of any way it could have been improved!
