Chorley Group pride ourselves on our customer centred approach to business. We started as a family business in 1988 and still maintain those family morals to this day. Starting from humbled surroundings in Euxton (Lancashire), the group has now grown to an organisation operating internationally with numerous dealerships and seven franchises across the North-West of England including Blackpool, Burnley, Chorley, Preston, Bolton, Ormskirk and Wigan. Chorley Group are constantly striving to increase market share and raise our presence in the North-West of England. We aim to do this by supplying a consistent message of our customer focussed approach to business and the desire we have to be persistently competitive in our market place. Chorley Group was founded on and remain focussed on the principle that no matter what, we will be, “Big enough to cope…but Small enough to care”.

Excellent service, made buying a car a very easy process. The sales person that I dealt with was knowledgeable with good humor. I didn't see the car until it was delivered and it was exactly as described.

The staff at the dealership were fantastic. Vijay was brilliant and extremely helpful whilst I was deciding which car I wanted to buy. Did not feel pressured or rushed at all and nothing was too much trouble. Once decided the process was smooth and communication was excellent throughout. Would highly recommend this dealership.

After having difficulties with a car I bought Rachel was excellent in helping to resolve the problem I had with an agreement being made for me to change the vehicle. Steve was patient in identifying another car for me and working with me to ensure it would meet my needs. Thank you for supporting and working with me to get the best outcome for us all.

I collected my new Isuzu D-max, 1.9, V-cross pick-up truck, from Chorley Group, Isuzu, about two weeks ago and so far I am delighted with the performance of the vehicle. I would like to thank all the members of staff who were involved in my purchase, delivery and handover of my vehicle. They were all very helpful. I was impressed with the level of service I received. Robson Broomhead who I dealt with as the salesperson was welcoming and very helpful. I recommend Chorley Group, Isuzu for your next purchase.

Just bought a Vauxhall Crossland 2021 car from Chorley Group Ormskirk. Richard the salesman was very professional, friendly and helpful. Got a good price for my part exchange considering the issues and age of the car. Was apologetic it wasn't more, but I thought it was a good offer. Lots of the paperwork done, even my refund on my old road tax he said its all sorted and the DVLA will post a cheque out. Went to the post office with me as it was an ex disability car and needed changing over. There where a few chips and scuff marks and the workshop did a great job with these. Mot had over 6 months left but got a brand new one with no advisories. Ran through different warranty options as well with no hard sell. Thankyou Richard and the Chorley Group, hope the car lasts for many years to come.

Extremely poor dealer. Advertised a car on AutoTrader, we went to visit the showroom, the price from Autotrader was showing in the car window however when we stepped into the showroom the price had increased by circa £1k. A very abrupt manager explained that they now sell at Autotrader prices which will change based upon what other businesses are selling their cars at and the price on Autotrader now was not negotiable. When asked why even the car window contained the previous days Autotrader price I was told he doesn't have time to keep changing the prices in the car windows [which he is advertising at the roadside]. FALSE ADVERTISING, BREACH OF TRADING STANDARDS and will be reported.

Had a lovely experience today with Naim from Blackburn .. He explained everything perfectly and helped to get my new car on the road today even helping me sort the tax out. Very smooth from start to finish Loved the drive home in my new car Thanks again Naim !

I recently collected my new motobility vehicle from Chorley Motors in Wigan From start to finish my experience was a very positive one Vijay Kasbia was extremely professional polite and an alround lovely person He was extremely pleasant and very considerate and caring I think Chorley Motors should have more people like Vijay Kasbia a first class salesman

Blimey....@chorley Nissan Someone from your service department got out of bed the wrong side this morning..... Steve has just been spoken to by the rudest man from the service department at Chorley Nissan this morning. We had, following 3 conversations with Chorley Nissan, booked in my x trail mobility car for its first service at 8.30am this morning.. Steve took time off work and I arranged to work from home. Upon arrival, Steve was spoken to by someone from the service department in a blunt, brusque, unhelpful and rude manner. He said that my car was not in fact booked in at Chorley and was booked in at Wigan. At no point have we ever dealt with Wigan and certainly had not booked the service there. My car was therefore not booked in at Chorley because of your mix up. When my husband questioned this the man was adamant that it had been booked in at Wigan ( although we have not spoken to Wigan at any time). He said that there was "nothing he can do as the technicians don't want to hang around and there would be nothing available for a month anyway" He also said that " was we not aware that we had to book in a month in advance," which we had done. My husband pointed out that the service would be overdue and we would not feel happy about this. At no point did the man apologise, the adage that the customer is always right clearly does not apply to Chorley Nissan. I have rung again to book it in and the first available date is late June, with no courtesy car and told that there will be a longer wait to sort out the problem with the keyless entry. I feel that the treatment we have received is utterly unacceptable. The way my husband was spoken to, the unavailability of service bookings, the lack of customer care....... So Chorley Nissan.......not a good start to the bank holiday.

Fantastic customer service. These are by far one of the nicest teams we have come across, helpful and fully understood our needs and requirements. Ian was professional, calming and just a lovely person to deal with understanding the Motability very well and answering all our questions. We love the Aircross, it is a lovely car to drive and is perfect for us. The little extras such as coffee and the welcome gift bag made us feel very welcome.

I recently visited Chorley Group Blackpool and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. David especially, was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding my next car. The experience was exceptional, with a wide range of vehicles on display and a welcoming atmosphere. David was brilliant and truly cared about finding the right vehicle for me. His professionalism and expertise made the car buying process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Chorley Group for your next car purchase. After making the decision to purchase a Nissan Townstar Tekna van, the team at Chorley Group, in Chorley couldn't have been more helpful. Their communication was prompt & polite & the service from start to finish was truly excellent. I was kept updated at all stages of the process & even the transport company used by them, for delivery to my home address, were great. Thank you, a professional & highly recommended service.

Over the years I have bought several cars,both new,and used. Some from dealerships some online,and without fail there have been problems with just about every one . Some of the problems with the vehicle and most with the dealership. So what a refreshing change to accidentally find Chorley Group Kia Blackpool,and to find they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole process from initial enquiry to delivery was professional ,perfectly carried out and a happy and pleasurable experience. In particular I would like to thank and commend the service provided by Mr Alex Tyrer. He kept me updated all the way through ,if he said he would phone me , he phoned me,I didn't have to chase him. If he was on a day off he had told the other member of the team who I was and where we were up to. Perfect. The car ,a Kia Niro 4 ex demo was also of the highest standard, I have yet to find a single mark,scratch, or stone chips at all. I am over the moon with the car and the whole purchase experience .

Received a telephone call advising me that I had a service due on my Micro that I purchased just under a year ago, I asked if there was a charge as I would use my local garage, the caller advised me that there was no charge and that this was part of my purchase package, I asked her to check this out and she assured me that this was correct, the car was booked in on a Saturday morning at 8.30am, when I arrived I was told that I would have to pay, no apologies and no explanation, I felt totally dismissed, I will never use Nissan again

We have just financed a car though the Chorley Group in Blackburn. Naim was absolutely fantastic from the first time I enquired about the car to the day of picking the car up. He went through everything with me and never rushed me to make any decisions. He would explain things throughly to me over the phone to make the experience as easy as possible. When I picked up my car, everything was set up for me and Naim was lovely! He showed me all the features in the car, and again never rushed me. I still have his contact now if I have any concerns or questions about my car. We are delighted with our car and couldn’t recommend the fantastic experience and service that Naim provided us, so much so I have encouraged my sister to purchase a new car through them as well!

We’ve just bought a brand new car from Nissan and the service we received was second to none. Vijay was a pleasure to deal with. We sat at his desk and he had a very relaxed demeanour and was so knowledgeable about the cars they had for sale and also other cars on the market including our own that we were trading in. Everything went smoothly with the business that we conducted and we are so happy with the car and the deal that we drove away with. Thank you Vijay, hopefully see you next time.
