This is our 4th Kia purchase. David Gore looked after me this time. However all the team are great. From start to finish everything was fantastic. David was always professional, friendly and his attention to detail was awesome. He thought of everything, and organised everything for me. This made the whole process really easy. I knew from our first chat that I was in good hands and I trusted him to get me the best deal. He listened to my circumstances, what I was looking for, what I needed and what I wanted. He then worked out the perfect package on a new car part exchanging my current car. He also thought of all the little details for me, that he knew I'd need, but didn't think of straight away. (I have a very hectic life) and was also very patient when I wasn't efficient at getting him what he needed straight away. I highly recommend David and all the team at Chorley group. I felt comfortable doing this all on my own without the help and support of hubby, and hubby also knew that the team at Chorley group would look after me. Dave Gore at blackpool is absolutley tremendous definatley recommend anyone who is looking at buying a car to ask for him. Dave made contact on his days off and even called at 7.30pm at night to make sure that we where happy with paperwork we had received, he couldn't do enough throughout the whole process. He is definatley a staff member that you need to keep hold of. Even tonight he has messaged to make sure that we are 100 percent happy with everything. Easiest car transaction we have had in our experience of using the garage for the last 4 years.

We picked up our used car from Chorley Group Blackpool Kia today after a couple of weeks of prep and planning and the whole experience has been brilliant. Dave Gore couldn't do enough for us - he dug around to answer our obscure questions, explained things, replied to WhatsApp messages on his day off, and even sorted us out with a third reg plate because we got a tow bar fitted and he figured we may want to tow before we got the V5 through. They were flexible with timings, and had no issue with us arriving later than expected, let us have as long a test drive as we liked, and they also have surprisingly nice machine coffee and chocolate. Would absolutely come here again.
Dave Gore was really helpful, polite and courteous. He explained everything to me and went through the features of the car in full and again when I didn’t understand. I couldn’t have asked more from him or the company. Stayed late to help me with all my questions. Followed up with phone calls and emails and went through all the paperwork and obtaining the tax for the car. Finally he sent a video of the car when it was ready and delivered it to my doorstep. I would certainly recommend this company and if all the other employees are the same as Dave Kia should be really proud of their employees. Thank you 😊
Called in today to collect my mums new car. John Taylor was fantastic! Very informative and patient, making sure mum had all her questions answered before she drove away. Thank you again for helping, listening, making the whole process easy for her.
I paid £15,000 for my car for it to have a faulty sat nav screen… emailed support within 10 days of owning the car about the problem and it still hasn’t been resolved. I have been allocated a case number #02051075. I am not getting anywhere with the case. I have taken my car to both Nissan Wigan and Preston as advised by Customer Support. Neither of these garages were able to resolve the issue. The issue is with the Maps and Software not being able to be updated. Many roads are missing. When trying to use the USB method to update the software, the computer doesn’t recognise the USB drive. I have tried 5+ devices 2.0. Both garages that I have taken it to have tried and failed. Wigan advised me to come back to Customer Support online through email but I still don’t have a resolution. I am feeling disappointed that I spent so much money on a car which isn’t able to work properly and no one is wanting to help.
