The Sales assistant Jake was welcoming, helpful and attentive throughout my recent car purchase. From start to finish Jake answered all my queries as well as explaining what Vauxhall has to offer a new owner and the ongoing support available. Time scales were kept to for the agreed collection of the car and I was contacted by email which provided all the relevant documentation for signature and relevant important information. I have since had a follow up telephone call to check if everything was OK. I found the experience extremely positive.

I was in a real pickle with my car and we dropped by the lot on a busy Saturday and saw Sean. He was efficient to get me on a test drive and gave me a few options to look at. He was not pushy, but very knowledgeable. I went home to think about it and told me about the refundable deposit to keep my mind settled. That night, I decided to go for it as he had found what I wanted, for the price I wanted. There was an issue with finance clearance due to the fact I had not changed my address on my license since moving (my fault) but he pushed things through and we got the car the very next day. Such a weight lifted and all because of Sean and the admin team at Chorley group Blackpool! Thankyou, I love my new Kia !
