Mar 07,2024We recently purchased a Peugeot 3008 from Chorley Blackpool after finding it on auto trader, the process of purchasing the vehicle was seamless and Sean Black was really friendly and helpful, he was efficient and answered all my questions in a timely manner, even going over and above with providing videos of the car due to us being 5 hours away. We knew we could trust Sean and we was in very good hands. There was an issue with the car upon delivery but even with that Sean when over and above to get the vehicle collected and fixed, Chorley even paid for a hire car for us. The communication was always fantastic! 100% recommend their services and they are very trustworthy. We are very happy with our car - Thanks Sean - you was right when you said you wouldn’t be disappointed!! 5 * service Matt

From the initial meet and greet to the signing of the vehicle, he has been extremely knowledgable, honest and easy to contact throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I will be recommending him and Chorley Nissan to family and friends. I previously visited other dealerships and Martin blew them all out of the water.

Mar 05,2024On the 19th Feb I placed a £99 refundable deposit through Auto Trader on a Nissan Qashqai being sold by Chorley Group Nissan. I viewed the car on the 21st Feb. The car was not suitable and had slight damage to the rear sill. I requested the return of my deposit and despite me sending 2 emails and making 3 calls it has still not be returned. The salesman at Chorley Group (Tommy M) stated I should go online and make the request, which I did immediately. Having now spoken to the Nissan Chorley accounts dept on two separate occasions, I find myself back in the hands of the salesman! It's now 4th March. I'll post an update when I finally get it resolved (hopefully). BTW I have never posted a review on anything before but felt this was a way to try and get the matter resolved!

Mar 01,2024Made an enquiry about a vehicle at Chorley Hyundai Blackpool and the process was so smooth and seamless,Thomas took us through everything and his knowledge of the brand made it easy for us to make the decision to buy ,the part ex valuation was more than any of the so called easy sell sites.The vehicle was prepared well for handover and the process took 39 minutes,I would recommend this dealership and Thomas for a smooth transition into a new vehicle

Mar 08,2024We had 5 star experience phoned Chorley group Blackpool spoke to sales person Shaun Black. Enquired about a car,a video was sent within an hour,phoned back paid holding fee,arranged to view car few days later we arrived car was ready and a test drive for 1 hour our was arranged. After the test drive we made the deal and arranged to collect the car few days later, on collection the car was prepped to very high standard with full tank of fuel and brand new Genuine car matts. Their was no hard selling of products that we don't need from sale person he was very honest and transparent about everything.
