Feb 21,2024We found the Citroën C4 C series addition online and decided to go and have a look while we were having a few days away in Grassington. This is where we met Ian Haggarty, who told us what we wanted to know and took us out for a test drive. We spent quite a while with him but as we had already arranged to view another car we left it at that for the time being. The other car or the salesman were neither what we wanted or helpful when Ian happened to call back to see how we got on. After a little chat we decided to go back to Blackburn and have another look. It was what we wanted, and Ian was so helpful if he didn't know the answer to our MANY questions haha he didn't hesitate to find out. He was so helpful, polite, generous with the coffee and funny. We picked up the car on the 13th again had a good laugh while getting everything sorted for us. Great experience and more than happy with our new car. Wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend the Chorley group Blackburn in future.

We looked for advice and availability from other dealerships, then found Robson and the team. I am fully satisfied with the end product, a brand new GWM Ora. But have to give special thanks and credit to the way the whole process became so simplistic due to this team. Feb 20,2024Purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage over the phone with car salesman Daniel Small who couldn't be more helpful. After travelling from Durham to collect the the car and drop my P/X off i noticed there was 3 small faults with the car, i was promised by the salesman these would be paid for. After a lot of phone calls emails and text messages to Daniel he was no help. It was only when contacted his manager i got 2 of the faults repaired and they paid for them, its now over 4 months since purchasing the car and still waiting for the last fault to be done, but i have given up any hope this will be sorted. Would i buy another car from Chorley Group no and wouldn't recommend salesman Daniel Small.

Feb 18,2024We travelled up to Blackpool to buy a car on the same day. The team were very friendly and helpful, it was our first time buying a car so we were not sure what to expect. Sean Black was really helpful, not pushy and took the time to explain everything, and answer all our detailed questions. They let us keep the car at the dealer overnight in a secure place, so that we didn't have to park it on the street, and Sean picked us up on his way to work in the morning. We then got a call a few days later checking we were happy with the car and the after sales contact has been really good. Overall would recommend.

We costed Kia Neros across the UK before committing and this was the best value place - so we travelled from Scotland to get it. Would highly recommend

Throughout he was 100% true to every word and promise and always kept me informed on the progress. Nothing was too much trouble and never felt rushed. The 1st time David has dealt with us and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with David in the future. Felt like I was dealing with a friend not a salesman. The sending of a personal video was a very nice touch, allowing us to identify James as soon as we arrived. We would recommend the team at Chorley Group - Blackpool Kia to anyone!

Feb 29,2024Great customer service here! Staff and knowledgeable and helpful, and really do take care of you. If something doesn't go right (as can happen), they're quick to put it right. Ben on the customer service desk is a real credit to the company, so helpful!
