Chorley Group pride ourselves on our customer centred approach to business. We started as a family business in 1988 and still maintain those family morals to this day. Starting from humbled surroundings in Euxton (Lancashire), the group has now grown to an organisation operating internationally with numerous dealerships and seven franchises across the North-West of England including Blackpool, Burnley, Chorley, Preston, Bolton, Ormskirk and Wigan. Chorley Group are constantly striving to increase market share and raise our presence in the North-West of England. We aim to do this by supplying a consistent message of our customer focussed approach to business and the desire we have to be persistently competitive in our market place. We were made to feel appreciated and valuable customers. Nothing was too much trouble. Our salesman, David, was very attentive, explained all options regarding purchasing and all the technical aspects of the car we were purchasing. On handover he helped us to tax the car and explained that we didn’t have to inform the DVLA, he did everything for us, this made the whole experience much less daunting and was hassle free. He was such a genuine, caring person and we felt valued.

We have just had the best car buying experience. Normally, when we look to buy a car we feel pressured by sales people at a dealership, which makes us back off. When we got to Chorley Nissan in Blackpool it was completely different. A relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff that talked us through options. We had booked a test drive and decided we would look to get a 2nd hand car. We were given options but also information on a brand new car which was within our price and exactly what we were looking for. The sales man Szymon and manager Jamie were fantastic throughout. Kept us updated and made us feel so welcome and that nothing at all was any trouble. We picked our new car up about 3 weeks after our initial test drive and it was such a brilliant experience. The car was prepped, washed and covered for a big reveal. We are so grateful to Szymon for all he did for us and to Jamie who answered any other questions we may have. We will certainly be returning to this dealership to upgrade our other car in the coming months. If you want a no hassle buying experience then we can't recommend Chorley Nissan in Blackpool enough.

We saw a second hand car we liked the look of on line. Rang and spoke to David Gore and from that moment through to collecting our new to us car today he has been a pleasure to deal with. Super efficient very friendly not one bit pushy or pressurising.Follows through with everything he says he will do. Listened to everything we said, clearly and honestly answered every question we had, even getting back to us on his day off. Wasn’t at all patronising . We part exchanged our other car and feel we got a good deal. We would definitely have no problem recommending him.

I have used Chorley Nissan for several years now and recently decided to look for a new car. We visited the Burnley branch on a busy Sunday after seeing a vehicle on the website. We were dealt with by Dan Goff who was excellent. Fully informative and helpful and not pushy at all. Upon viewing and test driving we did all the necessities and placed the order. I was called during the week by Dan to keep me informed of the progress and I called in yesterday to collect my new car. Absolutely over the moon with the vehicle. Just what we were looking for. Dan made the whole process so easy and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend Dan and the Chorley Group highly enough. Top class service.

Great Customer service from all the staff I dealt with especially Paul, he was friendly, helpful, informative and not pushy with the sale. I looked in lots of cars and test drove a couple before making my decision. The handover was really good too. He talked me through all of the features on the car and explained things in more detail if I wasn’t sure. I would recommend them to friends and family and will certainly use them again in the future.

'David Gore, team leader, Used Car Sales' was the member of staff who supported us to purchase the car we wanted. David is an extremely professional and knowledgeable member of your team. Whilst engaging with us, David exhibited a calm and pleasant manner, his transparent and honest approach was exceptional. David was not in the least bit pushy ( we would probably have left the premises if he had been) and he tried his very hardest to find us the right car with the right specification. We would recommend David Gore at Chorley Motors to anyone wanting to make a purchase.

I recently decided that it was time for me to change my car, after looking around for some time, I decided to visit the Chorley group at Blackburn Citroën, I've bought from them before. When I arrived at the showroom I was met by a very pleasant person named Naim, who was very helpful during the whole process of me changing my car, I've been buying cars on and off for the last 65 years, and Naim has been one of the best sales people I have dealt with, nothing was too much trouble for him from being made very welcome on day one, until the handover on the 3rd of February 2024.Thank you very much Naim, it was my pleasure to do business with you, your a credit to The Chorley Group.

After searching round for a few months for a new car, we ended up going to Peugeot and ordering a car from there, the car we chose was a six month waiting list, my partner suggested that we should to go and look at an MG, after arriving at Chorley MG, we was greeted by a sales person called Gavin Knight, Gavin took the time to show us quite a few vehicles with full information. Regarding each one. We explain to Gavin that we already have a car on order with Peugeot and explained to him that it was going to be a six month wait, Gavin told us that if we went with MG we could have the car the following week, we cancelled our order straight away with Peugeot and decided that we wanted a car from MG. We finally chose the MGHS trophy edition throughout the application and all the paperwork with Gavin. This was made so easy to understand and the process was so quick and simple. We can’t thank Gavin enough for all the help and information and the purchasing our vehicle I would highly recommend for people choosing an MG to definitely go and speak to Gavin Knight at Chorley MG. All we can say now is a massive thank you and not only do you just collect your car he takes the courtesy of giving us a call a few days later to make sure everything is okay and if we needed any other support thank you so much once again Gavin and we look forward to hearing from you in the future.

Just changed my pickup with Chorley group, this is the second pickup I have bought from them, excellent dealership, Robson and his team in the fleet/commercial department are a great bunch of Knowledgeable people, nothing is too much trouble to them always polite and great to get along with. Chorley group are a great dealer to buy from and they also have a great team in the service department too, credit to them all there , they have got it right when it comes treating their customers right. definitely recommend and will continue to use them if they continue with their great treatment of customers,

This is the fourth car we have purchased through Chorley Motor Group we have always been happy with our purchases. This time we were helped by Jake who went above and beyond our expectations. He was so helpful when a purchase didn’t go as planned, he made sure we were not left without a car and treated us with respect and courtesy. We are very happy with our new car.

This relates to a few reviews regarding my Mini Cooper Countryman purchased in May 2022. I contacted Chorley Motors initially regarding an electrical issue and they took the vehicle in and claimed they had fixed the issue. 9 months later my car suffered a massive failure while I was driving on the motorway. The engine literally exploded and I was confronted with smoke and engine oil, spilling out of my vehicle. I managed to navigate off the motorway and again the vehicle was recovered back to Chorley Motors who replaced the engine at a cost to me of £5,500. The vehicle was originally £10,000 so I have now paid £15,500 for a vehicle that I cannot use. Chorley motors took approximately 6 months to replace the engine and get it back to me. When I did receive the vehicle back, I informed Chorley Motors that the Tyre sensor light was continuously going off, even though we had checked all the tyres and air pressure. The plastic engine cover had also come loose and was dragging under the vehicle. I was informed my Megan at Chorley Motors and I was told the car would be collected and they would check the tyre sensor and repair the engine cover. I was then contacted by Megan and informed that the engine they had replaced, wasn’t actually connected properly and they would need to repair this on top of the engine cover and tyre sensor. I was provided with another courtesy car whilst this work was completed. I got the vehicle back on the 11/01/24. This morning my vehicle’s electrical system went crazy and my vehicle struggled to move. I was driving in the centre of Preston, on a busy duel carriage way at the time so I had to get to a safe place where I could stop my car. The below warning lights are constantly illuminating on my vehicle and the vehicle engine is making funny noises. I am not a mechanic and will be the first to admit I know little about cars but in the approximate 20 months, I have had the car, Chorley Motors has had it longer than I have whilst they try to fix a Lemon. I first highlighted to Chorley Motors in June/July that I was having electrical issues and as I was within my warranty at the time, I requested a refund and was advised this would not be possible. Chorley Motors assured me that they would resolve the issue and I would not have any further problems. 18 months later and I still having issues with the electrical system. I called Chorley Motors this morning and was told by Megan that I would need to recover my vehicle back to Chorley Motors and they will check to see if the electrical problem has anything to do with the work they have done. I maintained that they have had the vehicle longer than I have and they have worked on most parts of the vehicle. I now feel like Chorley Motors is going to pass the buck and leave me stranded after paying £15,500 for a Mini that I cannot use. I am at a loss as to what to do? I am disgusted with the fact this company has put me in an unsafe vehicle on a number of occasions and have still not actually fixed the problem.
