Feb 02,2024All friendly while signing for the car but that’s it. After it’s hard to get hold of anyone at Chorley MG, get a response to ongoing issues or even a smile from anyone in the branch. MG HS was a lovely car however took over 2 months to have a charging issue fixed due to lack of time slots and staff MG experience. Would have been ok if they kept you up to speed with some compassion. Finally got rid of the car and still having to chase people to get a refund on the service plan. When you do speak to someone it’s as patronising as always like you are ridiculous for asking a question, wanting an update or your money back. If the staff are to busy to answer calls or look at emails most days surely it’s easy to get support to hire more.

I had a tight budget and high hopes and they delivered on both. Beat my expectations and all well under budget. The customer service and understanding to a very unique situation could not be any better. I would recommend this branch and the Chorley Group as a whole to anyone who will listen. Jan 29,2024Absolutely outstanding service from Richard at Chorley Group in Ormskirk. Nothing was too much trouble and Richard went out of his way to help with any queries I had. I received three fantastic videos from Richard of the cars I was choosing between which were really valuable in helping make my final choice. The test drive was brilliant and gave me more than enough time to get a feel for the car and Richard also spent time showing me all of the controls and features. From start to finish it was a great experience and I cannot fault the extremely high level of service that I received. If I could give ten stars I would. I would highly recommend Richard and Chorley Group in Ormskirk to anyone looking to buy a new or used car - the service was second to none!

Jan 28,2024Today I picked up my Nissan Pulsar from Chorley Nissan Wigan and Paul Atherton was just spot-on. Straightforward and patient, at no point did I feel like I was being pressured, which makes decisions much easier and clearer. I'd have no hesitation in doing business again with Paul (or the rest of the staff who seemed polite.) I'd give 11/10 if I could.

We instantly felt relaxed and didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy in any way. All our queries and questions were answered fully with knowledge and patience. In the past we have bought new cars from various other dealerships and have always been slightly ‘wary’ of the salespeople as we often felt that they weren’t always being totally honest and just wanted to ‘close the deal.’ Vijay is such a genuine, lovely salesperson and is an asset to your showroom team. Had a great experience when buying my car, Dave was great at explaining all of my options and any question I had he would answer or find the answer rather than blagging it, he also never pressured me into the sale or making a decision straight away like most salesman do that you deal with these days.
