I picked my car up and he took so much time to show me how everything works and to make sure I was completely happy with everything. I would definitely recommend - 5 star service!

Jan 23,2024We walked into the New Car showroom at first and didn’t receive a welcome from anyone so decided to look for the vehicle we had driven 60 miles to see. We found the vehicle and the used car showroom and was approached by a salesman to see if he could help. I told him I had spoken to Will regarding the car. He explained Will was with some customers but gave us the keys to the car to look around. Will joined us a few minutes after and what a lovely young man he was! He explained everything about the vehicle let us push all the buttons etc then took us out on a test drive. We had decided that we wanted to purchase the car so went in the office with Will to look at figures. He went through lots of information fully with us and we got to a mutually agreed figure for our part exchange and the new car. It was one of the best experiences we have had buying a new car and probably the first time we have witnessed complete honesty from the sales team. We have yet to collect our vehicle but have been promised a full inspection (pdi) with superguard applied to the vehicle too! Really looking forward to collecting it although not wanting to part with my old car! 🥲 No seedy salesmen at this garage… just excellent customer services by welcoming friendly staff. Thank you Will!

I have been driving for 50 years and during that time I have purchased a number of cars from a different number car showrooms. The care and consideration from the Sales Executive Gavin Knight was first class. He was both knowledgeable and professional. He understood my needs and my financial limitations which in all led to a pleasant experience. The car itself, a MG ZS Exclusive is an exceptional value for money vehicle, it drives very smoothly, has a impressive quietness to the engine and handles very well on the road. The specification is very high and has all the takings of a luxury car. The whole experience of service and quality of time was the best that we have ever had, we believe that we have made friends with Chorley MG and Gavin Knight

Jan 20,2024Gold standard service from Blackpool branch. I must start by saying how blown away I have been by the service I have received from the Blackpool branch. I purchased a car in October, long story short there was a fault after a few days of purchase, The way all the staff handled the issue from start to finish was just amazing. From the workshop mechanic to the sales team each interaction I had was great. A special mention to David Gore who was outstanding from the start. Whatever Chorley group are doing to support and train their staff to enable them to provide excellent customer service is something they should be extremely proud of and shouldn't change it! I was treated like a person and not a pound sign which was refreshing to see, especially in the motor trade. I tried to think of 1 thing that could have been handled better but I can't think of anything. You get to see a company's true colours when things don't go as they should and see how they handle the issue and from how I was treated I'd be happy to buy a car again from Blackpool branch. Well done Chorley Group.

Jan 20,2024We were interested to buy Kia Sorento, and found one with Kia Blackpool. We live 4 hours away, but let me tell you the service we received was worth the travel. When I initially contacted them, the main dealer was already closed for Christmas. However, I've received a callback within 30 minutes, and I was able to make initial enquiry and callback was raised for after Christmas. I received a call on the first day, when they were opened, but at that point I told them I wasn't interested as the back seat looked a bit damaged on the pictures. James from the sales team went to the car and recorded a video for us to show that there was no damage. He helped us with all the paperwork, so everything was ready and we could take the car away on the day, in case we decided to go ahead with the purchase. On the day, we travelled over 4 hours to see the car, and decided to buy it. The transaction was smooth and all the way through James was contacting me and checking if everything was ok and if we needed any additional assistance. I've done quite a bit of research before my purchase and they also had much more competitive finance options. I really recommend Kia Blackpool, as the service we receive was first class.

Jan 20,2024Been looking for a C5X for a while. Didn't want the Hybrid or the 1.2. So my search for a 1.6 180 was limited. Finally found the exact car I wanted at Blackburn Citroen a 1.16 Petrol Shine Plus. Contacted Naim Patel who was very professional and extremely helpful. He did tell me that even though the car was just over a year old iot had spent its time in the showroom and only had one mile on the clock. With the help of his manager we did the deal, very happy. However when I first saw the car there was an issue with the Dashboard Display which I was assured was because the car was in "Showroom Mode". Unfortunately when I collected the car a week later the fault was still present and the Service Department had been unable to cure it. They have had to contact Citroen to get authorisation on what action to take. Shame that this now means another trip to Blackburn to solve the issue. No beef with the dealership who have been really good. However very disappointed with the car. Would also warn anyone buying a Citroen that you will not get a Handbook but will have to use the Citroen app, or if you are like me and prefer paper copy you will be printing out a couple of hundred pages. Wish I had stayed with my very reliable Kia Sorento.

Jan 17,2024From start to finish everything was made as easy as possible for us. At the time we were without a car so getting to the dealership wasn't easy, the fact that documents were sent via email and could be signed electronically was a great help. Vijay not only gave us a great deal, but kept us informed of what was happening at each stage and even delivered the car to our home. So far we are more than happy with the car, a Qashqai Tekna +, but we haven't done many miles in it yet. So can't really comment on it other than to say it looks fantastic and is extremely comfortable. From this experience I would definitely use Wigan Nissan again.

Jan 17,2024Used the Car Wow website to source a suitable vehicle. Was dealing with 2 Citroen Garages - despite the car we purchased being more miles and slightly further away - the salesman Saqib Patel was on the ball. He answered questions quickly and provided a video of the car without any request and took his time with he video. Couldn't say the same about the other dealership. He arranged transportation to Scotland without any issue and was all round very easy to deal with. To be honest it was a pleasure purchasing the car - despite the 400 miles distance between us.

Jan 15,2024My sales executive was Matthew Pheasant whilst buying my car. He was extremely professional and friendly. The whole experience was hassle free and I didn’t feel any pressure. Matthew was very efficient with sending over documents and ensuring that I would be able to pick the car up as soon as possible. All communications via phone and email were answered quickly, nothing was too much hassle. I really appreciated him coming in on his day off for me to collect the car. The car was in excellent condition upon collection and I am thrilled with it. I would highly recommend Matthew and Chorley group Ormskirk to family and friends in the future.
