Dec 27,2024We are in Glasgow and had been searching for a particular Sportage for many weeks. We finally found what we were looking for in Chorley but were a bit nervous having to complete the purchase remotely. The reviews we read however gave us a degree of confidence and we decided to go ahead. The entire experience was such a pleasure from start to finish. We were looked after by Jonty who reassured us every step of the way and was such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely patient and friendly. I decided to travel to Blackpool to pick up the car, even though there was a delivery option and he even picked me up from the train station. This is a family run business and the experience was really personal. Sometimes dealing with bigger companies can leave you feeling unimportant but not so with Kia Chorley. No long queues when you call or being passed from pillar to post. Jonty was extremely knowledgeable and patiently took me through all the functions of the car so that I was confident of where everything was in the car before driving back to Glasgow. Small touches like a thank you goody bag and a homemade cake helped to make the experience such a delight. I wish they were nearer because I would love to deal with them for servicing etc. My local Kia dealership could learn loads from this company. I highly recommend them. I've already said to them that when it comes time to trade in my car for a newer model, I will be calling them first.

Dec 20,2024Tom at used cars Chorley Nissan was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He drove the car for me (I am disabled and was unable to drive it without modifications) and explained all the features. The used car showroom was clean and had a good accessible toilet. The sales procedure was straightforward and clear.

She gives you lots of options that fit into your budget and always considers your personal lifestyle needs. I have always committed to a leasehold in the past for many years but hiring off Sarah is such an easier option and process. you also get great comfort in knowing that when you drive away your new car you always have the assurance that the quality and reliability and backup is there through Sarah and Kia. He sent us a personalised video of the car before test drive and on the day gave us the opportunity to inspect the vehicle privately before answering any questions we had. He was knowledgeable about the car, friendly and professional. He made sure the car was ready for us to take on a trip the following weekend, offering delivery or collection. The whole experience was enjoyable, something we haven’t always had before when looking at cars. Communication was good once we decided to purchase, making the experience easy.

Dealt with David and because I'm not local to Blackpool all the communication prior to collection was by phone. As I had never purchased a car this way before I was a little nervous about the process but everything was exactly as David had described. Very pleased with the car and very grateful to David for making the whole process so easy.

Have got to say he was a very pleasant and helpful person to deal with. He went through the car and explained everything and how it worked. If he wasn’t sure about some of the paperwork he took advice from his manager Adam who was also very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely recommend the ‘The Chorley Group’ and these two people that I have just dealt with to my family and friends. All in all the five stars was very well deserved.

Nov 16,2024I have had mixed experiences with Chorley Group. Over the years, I have consistently used them for servicing my Nissan vehicles and appreciated their good service initially. Recently, I faced some issues with an MOT test where they recommended costly repairs that I felt were unnecessary. Despite this setback, the friendly and helpful staff, particularly in the sales team, have previously made my visits pleasant. My partner and I found the car sales process accommodating and informative, especially when purchasing a new Isuzu as the service was impressive. While there are areas for improvement, such as better communication regarding vehicle assessments, the group's overall consistency, knowledgeable staff, and excellent sales service mean they are a decent choice. 4 stars for the reliable sales support and friendly atmosphere at Chorley Nissan.

I consider myself lucky to have had a very nice young man Jonty Snow to over see the total operation from start to the seamless hand over every thing expected well.
