Chorley Group pride ourselves on our customer centred approach to business. We started as a family business in 1988 and still maintain those family morals to this day. Starting from humbled surroundings in Euxton (Lancashire), the group has now grown to an organisation operating internationally with numerous dealerships and seven franchises across the North-West of England including Blackpool, Burnley, Chorley, Preston, Bolton, Ormskirk and Wigan. Chorley Group are constantly striving to increase market share and raise our presence in the North-West of England. We aim to do this by supplying a consistent message of our customer focussed approach to business and the desire we have to be persistently competitive in our market place. Chorley Group was founded on and remain focussed on the principle that no matter what, we will be, “Big enough to cope…but Small enough to care”.

Broken promises from Blackpool Chorley Group Peugeot. Visited the new Peugeot dealership at Amu Johnson way Blackpool with my partner to enquire about mobility deals. The deal was signed and agreed with the promise new vehicle would be ready for September 2024. Once the paperwork had been completed they they sent us a message to say it wouldn’t be ready until Feb 2025. We rang them to check if this was wrong and to our horror it wasn’t. They initially told us there was nothing they could do and the guy who did the deal no longer worked at the dealership so we shouldn't have been given false promises. We told them not only did the salesman tell us the date his manager also told us the same thing. We were then told there was nothing they could do but then they told us they could get us a vehicle with a bigger engine but we would need to pay further towards the deposit. It was only when we said that’s not happening they went away and agreed to cover the additional cost. I would no recommend dealing with Chorley Group at all they promise the world but once the deal is signed it’s broken promise after broken promise.

Just bought a new Citroen E-C4 from Adeel and the team at the Blackburn branch and I've got to say that it was a fantastic, trouble-free experience. I got a super deal on the car and a fairly reasonable part-ex price for my old car. All the necessary paperwork was done online easily and all my questions were answered quickly - like I say, a trouble free purchase. I love my new car, if you're looking for a Citroen I wholeheartedly recommend Chorley Blackburn as the people to go and see. Thanks everyone, I'm chuffed to bits. Harry.

I can't thank Vijay and Nigel at chorley group Nissan's Wigan branch enough for their effort and perseverance in finding me the car I wanted via the motability scheme last week. They both went above and beyond any other dealership I'd been to to make sure I got my perfect car, if I could rate them 6 stars, I would. The service provided at other branches was nowhere near the standard of that at Wigan, in fact their Preston branch never returned any of my calls regarding follow up information they were supposed to be finding out for me. Whereas Vijay and Nigel both kept me updated immediately and provided a friendly, outstanding service. Eventhough I have nissan dealers closer to me I would definitely be willing to travel the extra distance again to them as they go the extra mile for their customers. I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you so much for everything, I love my new car, it's making my life so much easier already. A******

I bought my new car with complete ease. Nothing was too much trouble, I was kept up to date every step of the way. Naim even came and picked me up from train station when I arrived to collect the car. He took his time going through everything that I needed to know and I felt that nothing was too much trouble. He made my whole car buying experience simple.

Today, we picked up another company car, from start to finish I have been highly impressed by the quality and exceptional levels of service that I’ve experienced by Saef, he is absolutely brilliant.. to put it bluntly, i own multiple businesses globally, with many staff, Saef’s approach is all about the service, advice that he provides to his clients and not about the hard sell. A very impressed global CEO and would highly recommend to anyone… you will not be disappointed…. I will be back for sure..

We visited the Ormskirk branch last week to look at a car on the motability scheme. We were greeted by a chap called Richard who was very amenable and friendly. We had already chosen what car we wanted prior to visiting, so Richard let me have a look at the car they had in stock. After dealing with the paperwork which was straightforward, I was allowed to take the car for test drive subsequently driving myself home. Overall I was very impressed with the service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Richard

A very easy company to deal with. Staff have clearly been well trained to know their product well and on how to be polite with customers. I would recommend using Chorley Motors at Burnley for anyone considering the purchase of an MG

Though Steven was very late for our appointment (not his fault - there was a previous customer who was also buying a car, and he was given appointments that were too close together), as soon as he saw us, he gave us his full attention, and was excellent.

Returning customer and received an email with an offer to discuss a new Kia. Quick response to my email with a phone call, clearly discussed best options for my requirement and sorted digital order forms within 48hours , easy stress free process very helpful and knowledgeable sales person Oliver no pressure.

We've never had such bad service from a company! My Mum bought her first car from a dealership and treated herself. We chose to go to a dealership as we thought it would make the process simple and easy to use as we were spending more money on a car than we ever had before, this was a mistake! Initially, all was well, but soon after picking up the car, there were problems with administration documents, V5 registration, lack of explanation on portal documents, ownership of the vehicle, a scratch on the windscreen from the service, a crack in the headlight missed on the inspection and the tyre deflating within 24 hours of collection. Following that we had further problems with the repair of the headlight (due to a salesman not booking the job in), miscommunication on booking the car in for the repair, mis / lack of communication regarding the tyres and being told to pay and claim back on the 'tyre insurance', then being unable claim for the tyre insurance due to the 'portal' not working and limited clarity on how to use the 'portal' and a requested 2nd key not being ordered as requested. We are now at the stage that 3 months since we bought the car, no log book has arrived and despite 2 previous enquiries as to why with no answers, we were left to sort it ourselves with DVLA, only to be told it is indeed the dealership's error and has been registered incorrectly. As you can imagine, all of the above has taken the shine off buying Mum's car along with added stress and anxiety for an older couple with health complications. The whole process above involved 5-6 extra trips back and forth to the dealership and between 8-10 phone calls and emails to try and get everything resolved, for mistakes and errors on their part. Some people we spoke to and engaged with were very kind and helpful, but I'm afraid some tried to pass us off with sales techniques and waffle, to hide obvious admin mistakes and not take ownership or even apologise for the mistakes made. My Mum and Dad are kind people who don't like to make a fuss and have been left frustrated and incredibly disappointed at the purchasing experience from Nissan Preston. We are sad to say will not be going to a dealership to buy a new or any car in the future.

Reece was brilliant. I was looking for a car last year and Reece (and Declan) spent a long time looking for a particular car. Unfortunately the car with the spec I wanted wasn't being made anymore but by that time weeks had gone by. I did this deal in January and due to the spec etc I wanted the delivery was wxpwcted in June/July. The car was delayed until August but this was out of Reece's hands. Reece kept me informed regularly which was really good. The reason I came back to Blackpool is because Reece made me feel like a valued customer even though I hadn't bought a car yet. When Reece said he would phone me back he always did that day no matter what time of day it was, even if it was out of business hours!! I'm a very demanding person but nothing was too much for Reece. I needed dashcams fitted and Reece organised this as a goodwill gesture. On the day of collection I was early but Reece jumped straight into the transfer of the cars. He was very thorough in explaining the new features on the car and even when there was a technical issue he (and Declan) did everything they could to resolve it. I was there for 4 hours but Reece made sure I knew everything I needed before I left. Buying this car was the best experience I have ever had. I've bought a lot of cars and when I come to change this one I will definitely be coming back to Blackpool even though Liverpool is my local dealer.

We recently visited the Chorley garage to test drive a car we were considering. Although we have not yet decided to move ahead with any purchase, we were impressed with the non-pushy sales approach and genuinely believe we received good advice to aid our decision making process.

The help and advice I got from the sails team was fantastic the information about which car I needed to accommodate. A mobility seat to be fitted for my wife. Could not have treated better if I was buying rolls well done Ben and all the rest of team .

Meghan who was the sales person was very knowledgable and professional, the car I went to view had been cleaned impeccably(which you don’t get in other garages), I had paid a £99 deposit to hold the car which was refunded no quibble when I decided not to go for the car( unfortunately it just wasn’t the right one) I would advise anyone who needs a car and Chorley group have what your after then go, you won’t be disappointed

I found a car online and booked a test drive. From the outset all the staff at Chorley Group Blackpool Citroen were attentive, communicative and helpful. Sean Black gets a special mention for his friendliness and high level of customer service. The car was ready for me when I arrived, Sean took me through all the paperwork, sorted everything that needed to be sorted and more, delivered the car on time and is responsive to any queries that arise. I am so pleased with my purchase and the arrangements in place, and a large part of this is down to Sean and the team at Blackpool Citroen. Thank you for making it all so easy.
