Starting from humbled surroundings in Euxton (Lancashire), the group has now grown to an organisation operating internationally with numerous dealerships and seven franchises across the North-West of England including Blackpool, Burnley, Chorley, Preston, Bolton, Ormskirk and Wigan. I purchased a vehicle from yourselves back in July and it’s had a few issues. I took it to Citroen Blackburn to be looked at and all issues have been resolved and I can’t thank Kim Newlove the service advisor enough for all her help and going above and beyond for me to get my car fixed she has been brilliant throughout this.

I was invited to a VIP day at Citroen in Blackburn to look at new and used cars. I initially spoke with Naim Patel and explained that I would only be interested in vehicles with 7 seats like the one I had already. On the day Naim and his boss managed to fine a newer used model of my vehicle with upgraded features and sorted out a fair price for my existing vehicle as part exchange. Naim was always very polite and enthusiastic in person or on the phone and always happy to answer any questions. He kept me up to date with all the dates and times of collection and paperwork needed and also sorted out a missing Antenna for the radio. I was extremely pleased with the customer service from Naim and I’m sure that if I ever need any more information or have any issues he would be willing to answer my queries. Very pleased with the service.

I initially spoke with a lady who suggested cars to look at and I then spoke via the chat option to see if the car was still available. Once I had confirmed this, I was then put through to Danny who arranged a test drive. He was very helpful and showed me how the car worked and, after the test drive, I agreed to purchase the car. Danny was supportive throughout, arranged to valet the car and it was ready for collection within 4 days. On the day of collection, he dealt with the administrative side quickly and then walked me out to survey the car and make sure I was happy. I noted that there was a small issue and Danny agreed to resolve that and a part was ordered. Throughout the process, all of the staff at Chorley Group Blackpool were helpful and a joy to deal with. Would highly recommend if you want a new car, rental or "new to you" car!

Great experience at Chorley Group Blackburn, as always, this is my third new car from here and the salesman Naim is wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for him and I will definitely be returning to him for my next new car.

Great service from Paul, very helpful. Went in to part-ex, got fair price for my car. Arranged test drive and able to collect my new car the next day; it had been fully cleaned and was in excellent condition. Very happy with Paul and would highly recommend!

This was the best experience for us buying a MG 3 hybrid automatic car,and that was because of David Gore,he was so patient with us.I am 83 and it takes me longer to take everything in,as we went from a gear to an automatic hybrid . David explained it in language me and my wife could understand, and am very grateful to him.If we could give him a 20 score we would. Mr and Mrs William Burn

Thank you so much to Sarah and the team at Blackpool Kia. Sarah sorted out my rental car - Kia Sportage - at very short notice, I received a fantastic service, brilliant communication, very responsive to questions or amendments. Paul was great in offering advice and support around what was available to us. Paul was very knowledgeable and was able to provide information confidently. Paul gave us time and space to make a decision without any pressure. Paul went above and beyond to ensuring our car was ready to drive away same day which was great and unexpected. He was able to support us through the process of changing all details for both cars on the day.

A superb experience from first contact. The best quote for my new car and the best trade in value (forget "I Sold My Car to . . . ). However, over and above the financials, I have to say that Naim was the best possible ambassador for the Chorley Group. His enthusiasm for the product and courteous and knowledgeable service were exemplary and I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending this agent.

Just got a fantastic deal on a new MG4. Met with Dave Gore for my test drive and after a discussion we agreed on a deal to suit us both. This is my first EV and Dave put me at ease and kept me informed every step of the way and was always responsive to my questions. I collected the car today after what seemed like ages, it was only actually 19 days from ordering. Dave spent time sorting out getting it setup with me and doing all the paperwork. A very easy experience and nothing was too much trouble for him. If you are thinking of getting a new or used car then speak to Dave, you won’t regret it.

I have to make it perfectly clear that this should be a minus number.we had fantastic service during buying. When fault occurred no help gesture of free boot liner. Never received or any update on progress of complaint. I was asked to amend review. No chance. Everything I have said is totally true. In a response to my husband they couldn't even get my name correct,!! This was pointed out to them. Predictably no response,,!! So basically after "service,," there is none. You have been warned.

Great experience with John and Emily whilst ordering the vehicle. Naim was a fantastic help when collecting the vehicle and going through the vehicles features. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

Thank you so much to Naim Patel who has gone above and beyond for the last few years to help us get the cars just right for us. Nothing was to much trouble and always welcomed us with a smile. Naim kept us up to date with all the process on our recent part exchange and even arranged to have the car delivered to our door with a little gift for us on the front seat. Thank you so much Naim, we love our new car.

used these every year for every nissan car ive ever owned , the car they have right now is for the most part sat parked on my drive i hardly use it when i do its very short trips docs shops etc, they had same car last yr passed at this same chorley nissan centre , this yr id had new tyres fitted be fore my MOT was due in chorley , again most of this yr 2024 its not been used n parked up , mot failes by them and theyve told me i need 2 trap ends ? ball joints ? labour is £120 an hrtotal around £700 , my partner dropped car off not my self , but read on line youd sort of know if you need ball joints and or if they are failing when you drive it my partner uses it now n then says hes noticed diddly squat in it doest go to 1 side of the rd or vear no sounds no noise no clunking, etc ? so being charged for work not needed now ? either way be my last MOT THERE, rang them up asked who would be doing this work to be told i dont know ? theyve gone from brill to bad.. also as of to days date states youll have the MOT and you will be sent a video of the work required etc etc well guess what they dont and when you call them they know nothing about it maybe they should read there own reviews on trust pilot ? and on line states you do take a video of all works needed doing !! im still waiting on my video after calling them up..
