Have been a CPI customer for years. Their product works well but their customer service does not. I recently had my in-touch panel go blank. Nothing visible on the panel at all. I called to report it and was told it would be $60 for someone to come out and look at it. I thought that was their equipment, and is kind of the brain center of the system. Just seems unreasonable. Rarely if ever do you hear from them about offers, new equipment etc, Seems like once they have you as a customer you are lost to them. When my contract is up, I will be making another choice.
Mike Jones was great! He took his time and explained how to use the unit. He was very kind and personable. I feel like he went out of his way to make sure everything was set up correctly. Overall, I feel like I know how to use the system, and I'll be taken care of if anything ever happens.
