Kassandra Colatto was an exceptional example of PERFECT customer service. She stayed on the line and seemed to really care about my problem. She told me to call back and ask for her if needed. No one does that! She was a breath of fresh air; far exceeding my expectations. She explained everything, was patient, and truly just a nice person to talk with. If shes not a manager or someone who is training other reps, she should be. I wished every company I deal with had a Kassandra Colatto on their staff. She was a pleasure.

Cassandra, the CSR that help me was amazing! She was very professional and courteous the entire time even when I kept her waiting!
Our dog got out (we got her back!) and we wanted to see on our camera just how she got out our yard (which is fenced in!). We were not able to see just how she got out from the clips that were provided to us through the app and the website. We called CPI and was transferred to Tevin for help. Tevin was able to find the footage of her getting out and also clean up some of our camera options! He went above and beyond! We were and are very grateful for the help that Tevin provided!
The agent seemed really concerned about my issue, very polite and courteous.
Linda walked me through the process of changing out my motion detector and fire alarm batteries. She even sent me a YouTube video on how to do it. She stayed on the phone till I had installed the batteries. She also set up automatic monthly draft for me. She was awesome.
Working with Deborah was great experience she displayed patience and calm through the process. And her attitude shows that she takes ownership in what she is doing.

I was supposed to get a call back for my 2 issues but didn't get one for about a 1/2 hour. But then I got a text support from a representative and everything got resolved and I'm happy for that.
Today I reached out to CPI to assist with reconnecting a camera and solving another device issue. Jamie Rose was my customer security advisor and she took amazing care of my family's security needs. She was extremely knowledgeable about how to get things back online and how to assist me with navigating potential upgrades. Her candor was exquisite for a person working phones on a Saturday evening! CPI might end up keeping a longtime customer because the service is always amazing.

I called customer service with an issue with a door lock. Call was answered without delay. Person I talked with was very helpful and took me through steps to reset lock. However, the lock didn’t respond to reset attempt. She immediately set up a visit with a technician. Very professional and polite.
