I needed a certificate for proof of service and the rep showed me how to get it on my phone and what to do next, so very easy and convenient!
I was able to get clarity on several issues, ranging from changing my pass code understanding how my account was set up and the different features within the account. I also was able to look at my cameras, and I gained a better understanding of how the cameras were recording movement, the length of the recordings. I received several messages which indicated I had reached out maximum or a certain percentage of my videos for the month, and I needed an explanation on how to better use the services that I already exist.
Our doorbell camera stopped working. I contacted CPI and spoke with Shannah. She was very knowledgeable of the problem and walked me through the steps to bring it back on line. Shannah is a great asset for CPI- very personable and knowledgeable!
I spend money where I know I’m appreciated as a customer. It doesn’t matter how far I have to drive. CPI contacted me to remind me of a mishap with my payment setup plan. They were pleasant and very helpful. That’s what makes me feel valued and why Inwill continue to do business with them.
I am disappointed with CPI as a company. However the only reason I will be staying with CPI is because of my experience with Douglas S. He went approve and beyond to resolve my issue, he was compassionate, patient and knowledgeable. You made me feel like a valued customer.

Horrible service cameras and doorbells not worked for over a year they have come out multiple times can't fix, have asked for a manager they refuse to get involved and solve issue, will be looking elsewhere
Due to hurricane, we lost power at 5:30pm, at about 9am still no power but the alarm started beeping. Allasia messaged us back the instructions - Yes, The sound of Silence Thanks. (Butchered her name, sorry)
The representative was very professional, courteous, patient, and understanding. She scheduled me for an appointment right away and answered all questions.
I called cpu late last night to report my camera was out for a week and I had been doing the troubleshooting. The first call I made that person picked up and Hung up. I’ve worked in tele customer service for 21 years the second person to answer took complete and full care of me! Her name was hard to pronounce I think it started with a Q either was please value her more with a raise increase you all have a diamond on your hands

This was the easiest call i have had with CPI. I had two phone calls that were beyond frustrating . Teach your customer service reps how to handle common issues
Single worst experience in working with a company in my life. Problems with equipment almost from the get go. I found workarounds for their broken parts because it wasn't worth going through the trouble of their support. One morning, their app stopped working (my only means of disabling the system since the touchscreen was broken) and I was locked in my house until they could get their app functioning again. 3am on a random night, alarm goes off (broken door sensor, not an intruder) the CPI person comes over the intercom and asks me for my password. I was frazzled at 3am and couldn't remember it. They shut off the system anyway. I get that was ok in this situation, but made me think, can an intruder simply say "i forgot the password" and the alarm gets shut off? Don't sign up for a contract with CPI. Worst decision I've made in purchasing a service ever. STAY AWAY!!! To answer the response from CPI, no my issue is 100% not resolved. I'd like to speak with a decision maker at the company to get out of the contract or take the matter to court. I have no interest in continuing conversations with your "managers" who are quite obviously not decision makers. This situation is beyond saving so like I said, a call with a decision maker about the contract or legal action is what is needed next. Your records should indicate that I've asked for that on at least 4 different occasions.
The quick telephone response and the knowledge of the security system. Also Alissha sent me a "how to" video and mailed me some new batteries for my system. Alissha was very professional and she thanked me for choosing CPI
No sound problem not solved
I called for help with doorbell camera issue. My call was answered promptly and the technician guided me through troubleshooting and resolved the issue within 20 min max!
Kevent resolved the issue. He was knowledgeable and aware of the issues and really gave me the best advice on what needed to be done to fix the issues.
This has been a 4 month ordeal. Customer service is the absolute worst in the business. I wish I could have rated them a zero stars but no option for that. Equipment is rated at 4 stars when it works. We have even upgraded and wanted to spend more money with them and guess they will not show up to take it. We are beyond disappointed with how we have been lied to over and over and seems stuck for 22 months left on a 36 month contract.
