Just had our CPI Security System installed today and Cameron was great. He was very friendly and patient and took time to explain how the system works.

I have only great things to say about CPI. Alex was our installer and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional and did a great job installing our system. He was extremely neat too, left everything neat and clean. Everyone we have spoken with, has been really helpful and very polite. Adam helped us resolve some other issues and he was amazing as well. I highly recommended them.

I was unable to hear my doorbell ring inside of my house. I can hear it through the doorbell but not inside. I was able to have the representative assist me with no issues. She was very helpful and professional.

Yves not only assisted me with having a technician come out and install a sensor on my new sliding glass door, but he also found a way to help me purchase a ring camera and reduce my monthly bill. Yves was concerned with my safety and with providing me with excellent service. He is the best person I have ever dealt with a CPI. Great employee and wonderful ambassador for your company!

CPI is Always easy to contact, work with, and help resolve issues. Alecia answered my questions, walked me through reconnecting our front door bell camera which required her calling me back 2 hours later. I Highly Recommend them!

My smoke alarm batteries needed to be replaced. He called because I had not put in the new batteries and just left it disconnected. His kindness for my safety was goes a long way for me. Thank you CPI

I called your customer service to enquire about additional information concerning a video clip. The rep gave me wrong information that it appeared that someone was taking a picture of my property while indeed it was the camera changing from night mode to day mode since this usually causes a flash on the live stream. The wrong information provided led me to apply wrong judgement and caused unnecessary worry. It was only after sharing the clip with a friend that I was assured that it's a normal occurrence that happens when the camera changes from these modes. Your rep should have been aware of this fact?

The person I spoke with was very understandable and helpful. I have a siren installed in my bedroom with a small flashing light. I can't hear the siren with my hearing aids and I don't sleep with it on. The siren to me needs to be deep tone sound for me to hear it which I have high pitch hearing loss. I paid for what I can't use. There are a lot of war veterans that loss their high pitch in their ears. Please improve the siren for us disabled deaf people that can be more helpful. I thought this can be great for us and for your customers that want their security system installation.

Customer service representative stayed on the phone instructing me of changing the batteries in my Smoke alarm. I had a great night sleep 😴. Thanks 😊

I waited for 3 hours for technician for re-installment. Technician did not call 30 minutes prior, he called when he was at my home. I was 3 minutes away. When I got home he was not there. I called & texted him with no response. I called the main CPI number & 2 different reps tried to contact him to no avail. The reps stated that looking in the system, it states that he was on site. I was not offered to reschedule or anything, I was told to give him more time because they were sending him a text since he didn't answer & you could not leave him a message. All of this happened on 10/12/22 & I never received a follow-up call from CPI. I finally called this afternoon 10/13/22 & spoke to Chelsey & she was VERY helpful and apologetic.
