Jul 08,2023Arriving at the port I was told to “park” in the line behind another car. I wasn’t told to stay with the vehicle. Went to get a trolley for my luggage. The queue I was in was a rolling system which moved every five minutes or so. On arrival back at the port i was given two different directions by two different people. In the end I did it “my way”

Jul 08,2023Flawless process both dropping off and collecting car. If the ship docks on return in a different terminal, CPS move the car so it’s ready and waiting. Prices have just been massively hiked by CPS, luckily this was after we’d booked this particular stay…. so we’ll be reluctantly checking out alternative parking services for our next trip.

Jul 08,2023Faultless! Our parking was complimentary as part of our cruise booking. The online booking process was very easy and instructions were clear. On arrival at Southampton, which was understandably very busy, there were plenty of staff directing everyone to the check-in area and we only waited a short time before handing over our keys in exchange for a barcoded receipt and proceeding to the cruise arrivals terminal. There were plenty of trollies available to transport our luggage the very short distance from car to terminal and staff were on hand to assist those that might need it. After our cruise, we arrived back into a different terminal and; as it had been moved to the new terminal by CPS, we found collecting our car was incredibly easy. We collected our luggage from the terminal hall, again using one of the readily available trollies. Staff from the ship were assisting less mobile passengers to disembark and we overheard one crew member asking if the passenger would like assistance with reclaiming their luggage. On leaving the terminal building, there was clear signage to the CPS area which was a very short (and mostly covered) walk. Our car keys were returned by a friendly member of staff who explained exactly where our car was parked. From being called to disembark the ship to starting the car to leave the car park was just twenty minutes. The entire process both arriving and leaving was incredibly efficient especially considering how many vehicles and passengers were being dealt with in such a short space of time. This was our first cruise and our first experience using CPS, however if I needed parking at Southampton again I would not use any other service and I recommend them without hesitation.

Jul 08,2023We dropped car off at QE2 terminal Southampton, very slick operation. We returned to Mayflower terminal, car was there ready and waiting. No hassle. Super efficient, CPS have it down to a fine art. 🙂

Jul 08,2023On the way out we were able to drop the car across the road from the terminal. On our return our car was waiting for us a 5 minute walk from the different terminal we had returned to. An excellent service which we wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Jul 08,2023Well managed parking routine at Southampton (especially given we left and came back from/to different terminals - CPS handle the transfer) where our car was ready to go when we walked off. Will continue to use their services for future cruises.

Jul 08,2023We cruise from Southampton because we don't have to fly, which makes the holiday a great experience. CPS contribute to that experience by making car parking hassle free. The car is handed over to CPS at the cruise terminal and is waiting for us to collect on return in a car park adjacent to the arrival terminal, even if it is not the same terminal from which we departed.

Jul 08,2023Whole process from booking to dropping off the car and collecting it again after the holiday is spot on. Its a great service - turn up at the port, unload your luggage, hand over the keys and enjoy your holiday. On the way back just as easy. Only downside is - remember to book well in advance, our next trip is in October and the parking was full a good few months prior to that date.

Jul 08,2023Very quick and organised when arriving at our cruise terminal. When we came to pick up our car after the cruise there was minimal fuss. I had 2 young children with me and one of the staff even helped me with my baggage which was very much appreciated. Brilliant service!

Jul 08,2023We used CPS for parking at Southampton port for our cruise holiday. Have never used it before and would highly recommend. Someone parked our car for us, and it was easy to locate on return. Everyone was friendly and it was hassle free.

Jul 08,2023Port side parking was booked for two consecutive cruises. Reception very efficient and smooth. On return from second cruise ship docked at different terminal to departure and car was waiting there for us. No issues at all. Excellent service and would highly recommend as we have used CPS lots of times and are always very good.
