Jul 07,2023Excellent service from start to finish. Our car was taken from us immediately we arrived at the terminal, there were no queues to collect our keys when we returned and the car was just across the road outside the baggage collection hall.

Jul 07,2023No hassle, simple, drive up, they photograph car, give you a receipt(don’t lose)they take car away. On return, present your ticket, they give you your keys, collect your car, no more than a couple of minutes walk if that. Your back on your way!

Jul 07,2023The car was taken on my arrival at the terminal and parked, I collected the keys when I returned after my holiday and was served by a friendly and helpful lady, she directed me to the car and I collected it before going home. I've used this service before and have already booked it for my next holiday.

Jul 07,2023Everything was extremely professional when we arrived at Southampton. There were plenty of staff to take our details, check our car taking photos of any scratches etc and giving us a car coded ticket for use when we returned to collect our vehicle. On our return to Southampton the signage directing us to CPS was very clear. Despite the area being very busy it only took a couple of minutes to collect our car keys, find our car and drive away. All in all a very well run professional service which would would use again and would certainly recommend.

Jul 07,2023Drop off and collection so well organised. No hassle with either end. Loads of very helpful staff to explain the process and guide you to terminal building on way out, and guide you from the ship to collect car. Staff all so smiley and friendly and appear to really enjoy their jobs. 5 minute process at both ends. Others have said it's expensive. It is, but the cost of all the salaries to ensure the process is as stress free and streamlined as possible is welcome and I was happy to pay. Would have been far more expensive and stressful to travel by public transport and taxi transfers with hanging about at airports or train stations and lugging luggage on to different modes of transport. Door to door the best. This is our second good experience with the organisation.

Jul 07,2023I arrived at Southampton port and was met straight away by a very pleasant lady who took my details and photographed my car Then a man helped me unload my luggage.My car was parked in a secure compound. On collection of my car the pickup was as slick as the arrival.

Jul 07,2023Very efficient. After you have removed your luggage, they make a video of the whole vehicle to identify any prior damage or visible defects, take your car keys and give you a card for recovering the vehicle on your return. I had misplaced my retrieval card but this was quickly resolved on production of some photographic ID (my Passport) and my keys were returned without delay. Good space between vehicles so very little likelihood of any damage.

Jul 06,2023Always use CPS when cruising with P and O from Southampton. Always a smooth check in at the terminal, beside the ship. They drive the car to the nearby car park. After the cruise, it’s a very short walk to the hut, to pick up your keys and location, and then you have a short walk to your car. Couldn’t be easier.

Jul 06,2023The company is excellent. Parking for the cruise was so easy and the pick up of my car was also very straightforward. The attendants go the extra mile too, my car battery was flat and immediately two kind gentleman came to my aid and got me started, so kind of them. Thankyou.

Jul 06,2023I always use CPS, never had any issues. Just drive up take your luggage out and they do the rest for you. They take photos of your car for your security. I will definitely use again.

Jul 06,2023Drop off was excellent and pick up was excellent. All very well organised and no complaints whatsoever. However, I paid for a hold service wash and whilst the car looked clean, it was very gritty to the touch so had obviously been standing for 2 to 3 days and with the salt water off the docks, it wouldn't take long for the dust to build up. I would have thought the car would be cleaned the day before, so on pick up, there wouldn't be much dust. I had to use my windscreen washers to clear the dust off the windscreen which then sprayed the water over to the sides and created even more streaks down the side. Also, I would have expected the tyres to have been dressed, which they weren't. So very very disappointed with your so called gold service and a total waste of £45. Regards Philip Vaughan J1PHV
