Jul 08,2023Used CPS for the first time. Arrived 30/06/23 and returned home 07/07. Very easy and efficient service. Quick and pleasant service from all staff. Minimal walking to and from cruises terminals. Car waiting and ready on return to a different terminal to the one where we dropped it. Car park staff told us of traffic congestion and pointed us to an alternative route. Would be very happy to use again. Thank you.

Jul 08,2023Cannot fault the service at all. Booking was easy, a bit more expensive now than previously, but worth every penny. Dropped the car directly outside the P&O terminal for our cruise on the Britannia.No issues whatsoever. The car was in the car park directly outside the terminal waiting for us,and from leaving the terminal to driving away was less than 5 minutes. Will definitely use you again for our next cruise in 2025.

Jul 08,2023Just came back from a cruise and parked my car with cps arriving there and parking.g is so easy the staff are very helpful, and on returning it took literally 10 minutes to collect my key and find the car. I'll definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone thank you

Jul 08,2023Fabulous efficient Service. Dropped car off at Dock we were departing from. Car was moved for us to returning dock. No problems. So easy & convenient. Bonus it was all included in our cruise price.

Jul 08,2023Having used other parking providers at the Port of Southampton, I was slightly uncomfortable at the prospect of leaving my car keys with CPS for this particular cruise. However, I need not have been concerned. Everything worked very well indeed from start to finish. A seamless service for parking at Southampton Cruise Terminal.

Jul 07,2023So straightforward. We sailed with Britannia on 30th June and booked via P&O. The CPS parking is right outside the terminal and our car was quickly booked in and photographed and we were given a trolley for our luggage, then it was just a case of crossing the road to hand the cases over to the shore team. On return today, the car had been moved to Britannia's return terminal at Mayflower ready for collection - again, directly opposite the terminal exit, so ideal when having to shift luggage yourself. I have some mobility issues so not having to walk far was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Jul 07,2023Simple. Pulled into the cruise terminal, the car was photographed, I handed over the key in exchange for a card for collection and it was driven away. On arrival, we went to the key collection cabin, picked up out key and found our car in the car park as directed. I was impressed as first time on a cruise and using CPS. I wish the motorway journey back was even half as good. Thanks to all the smiley CPS staff.

Jul 07,2023Staff directed us to where they would take the car off us. Informed us of their procedure for parking. They took all the necessary photo's of our car before hand over. There was a short walk to board the ship. Pick up was easy and the car was in the same condition as we left it. The seagulls must have had their week off that week.

Jul 07,2023Absolutley the best service available. The only trouble is actually securing a booking. Long waits on the telephone only to be told "complementary booking only" and "situation unlikely to change". Kept looking on a day-to-day basis and, eventually, noticed that limited booking was available.

Jul 07,2023I’ve cruised before but never used this service, so I was a little apprehensive when turning up. How wrong I was to be nervous the process of leaving AND picking up the car after the holiday was seamless and so easy. This is the only way I’ll do it from now on. Absolutely recommend
