Jul 07,2023Very easy to navigate the web page and make the booking. On arrival at the port we were a little unclear about the precise location for us to check into the queuing system, but help from one of the port parking staff explained where we need to be. On disembarking at the end of the cruise, good signposting and plenty of support staff made it very easy to get to my car and start off for home.

Jul 07,2023Another faultless stay at CPS. Prices have gone up significantly but as we always go for complimentary parking from P&O it's not such an issue. It's so easy to just drive up, sit in the car while they photograph all round and hand over the keys. Upon return the car is ready to collect very near the exit.

Jul 07,2023Simple, stress free and professional. We pulled up in front of the cruise terminal, the car was photographed, we were given a card for collection and it was driven away. Upon arrival, we went to the key collection cabin, picked up out key and found our car in the car park as directed. No hold ups, no queuing, no fuss - fantastic!

Jul 07,2023Absolutely disgusting. We are both disabled. CPS were told well in advance that we had Blue Badges. We had to walk 1mile to get onto our ship Britannia, on 30th June. I was exhausted & in great pain. We were repeatedly told we would be dropped off very near the gangplank. NOBODY told us it was a huge long walk. Same on return Friday 7th July. Directions to CPS was very poor & another long walk. No one to assist us. No one to ask until we joined the wrong queue because of no directions to CPS outside. Had to stop a porter & asked for help. HE was wonderful. More than be said for CPS people. Absolutely disgraceful treatment of a war disabled pensioner & his disabled wife.

Jul 07,2023We went on a P&O cruise and made use of CPS services. Glad we did! Upon arrival, we were checked in by a member of the CPS staff and our car was driven off to be parked securely. We returned a week later. Followed the signs to the CPS office, approximately 200 yds from terminal exit. Handed over my QR receipt and was advised where my car was parked. Five minutes later we were loaded and on our way home! Definitely worth the expense knowing my car was secured safely and was there ready and waiting for us, even though we arrived at a different terminal!! Fantastic!!

However problems with the website, which when we signed in with our reference told us the 'car park was full'!! and difficulties with then making contact by telephone have led to the 3* review. Once contact made - perfect.
