She patiently answered all my cruise-related questions when I booked eight (8) cabins for me and my family on the Oasis of the Seas 2024 Western Mediterranean Cruise. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Carla has to be cloned!!! I would suggest your business to anyone who might want a cruise!

Aug 01,2023I have been cruising for several years now and love every one of the cruises. Most always book by using cruises.com. The option of booking without having to pay a lot down was the initial reason I started going with Cruises.com. The customer services and following experiences is the reason I keep coming back. My last cruise was Jan 2023. One week before our departure date, the lady that was to cruise backed out. I called Cruises. Com and they worked diligently to get everything changed to someone else. They were great and my cruise went off without a hitch!!!!

Jul 15,2023On a recent Holland America trans Atlantic cruise we were in room 4066 above the BB KING LOUNGE. Avoid this area if you want to get some sleep. No help from the cruise line.
