Mar 26,2023Don't count on using the live chat. I have been on a chat for well over 2 hours without a response. There were 4 in the queue before me. It dropped to 1 in the queue over an hour and a half ago. I have used them to book cruises and things have gone well. Unfortunately they need to staff up or get more efficient on their chat.
