My agent Mary Gene was very helpful in getting me a substantial OBC when the prices dropped after my final payment. To my surprise, I also was upgraded as I physically stepped onto the ship! We went from Inside Promenade on deck 7 to a balcony overlooking Central Park on deck 11 on the Oasis. The balcony came in very handy and was much appreciated. My issues with Cruises.com are: They charge a booking fee, I could only communicate by phone, not by e-mail, and their extra offers are not as generous as those of other online travel agencies.
My agent Carrie has been very help and quick to respond which is great with todays lack of help in some industries. I wouldn’t change and thing!
My rep never explained to me my itinerary I wanted a weekend cruise to the Bahamas from Miami to Nassau and coco bay ..so when I payed I found out it wasn't what I wanted she booked something else for me instead she gave a a whole day in sea and next day private island 🏝️ for the price I paid I could had gone to Cancun with flights included for 5 days and 4 nights all inclusive at a 5 star resort ...will never book again I'm a loyal customer with Nowegian cruise line and this happened to me BECUASE my sales rep wasn't honest with me

Wedding Anniversary
Booking my cruise through this website made it so easy to afford something I really wanted to do for a long time. The prices were extremely affordable and the down payment was small and they give you enough time to come up with the balance without being harassed.
This is my 3rd time trying to go on a cruise. Other 2 were canceled due to Covid. This time I was able to get 2 cabins for less than I was paying before. The agent Kathi was very helpful. Hopefully we get to take our cruise in March 2022. Lord willing!!

When I signed up I was supposed to receive a reduced deposit however my card was charged for the full deposit amount. Thankfully I spoke with a gentleman named Jonathan who cleared up the issue swiftly and was very polite in doing so. Thanks to his mannerism I was able to stay calm and he handled the issue with a great deal of professionalism.
I booked our cruise by trying the website but it did not work. I then called the company and got a very nice lady that helped me book exactly what I wanted. It was fast and easy thanks to Charmin Stallworth. Recommend using cruises.com, as I got the best price available.

We have booked with Cruises.com for a few years now. Janet D. provides excellent service! She got us through the pandemic, ensuring that we got our refunds timely. She let us know that our travel insurance was extended, and she notified us when it was time to rebook so that we didn’t lose our travel insurance. I intend to keep booking my cruises through Cruises.com.
