Easy to find a good deal across multiple cruise lines. Would like to be able to see my cruise on the actual company’s app after making my down payment.
$24.99 is non-refundable even the cruise is cancelled. I used travel agents and found it was the worst experience during Covid era. They are middle person - they have to contact cruise companies to even get a simple answer! I think they jack up the price so that they can claim "freebees". Learned enough - book directly with the cruise line.

I had been looking for months for a cruise to surprise my husband on his. 50th birthday but I was getting overwhelmed with all the choices. I finally had a pretty good idea but kept putting off the actual purchase. Finally the day of his birthday I realized I ran out of time and googled cruises. Cruises.com was a top choice and I went through them. The process was easy to narrow it down to what I was looking for and I had 2 tickets booked in just minutes. I will definitely use them in the future for other cruises.
It was great to compare all the room options and prices in on list to tailor to what works best for our trip. I felt I was able to upgrade my room and understand what comes with it, where located and choose add-on packages if I wanted them. I felt I got a better deal with weighing the options vs limited choices from other websites.
I like the fact that we DID get the cruise that we wanted !
I really like working with Eric! I had scheduled a cruise last year but had to cancel because of an injury, so was really happy I could book a new one with him next July. He’s attentive and great at keeping in contact! I will be booking a new cruise with him soon for a cruise with friends next November.

All I did was make a reservation facilitated by an agent. I had done most of the work myself beforehand. He was pleasant and answered my questions.

Booked the wrong day cruise. Asked for September 24 on MSc from Miami and got booked on 17 th. My email to the sales representative showed that clearly. I took an hour and half of my time to get it changed.your customer service did a very good job of getting it changed to right date.all happened sep3&4. Aggravated customer,has never happened to me in last 30 years of cruising. Stil have not received the confirmation for 2nd cabin..something is missing
The agent was very pleasant and very thorough. The system was very slow but I assume that was due to the hurricane in Florida.
