First time booking a cruise. I called the number and spoke with an agent who was wonderful. However, I feel like we completed in 1 really long phone call that which I probably should have asked to be sent to me in writing so I knew what I was agreeing to prior to paying the deposit. There’s a lot of fine print that she disclosed but I could only absorb so much before becoming overwhelmed and probably agreed to things that I didn’t fully understand. Still happy with the experience with the agent though!

I scheduled my first cruise through Cruise.Com then realized the dates where incorrect. I attempted to cancel it online but it would not let me. I called and spoke to a customer service representative and she said the reservation was cancelled but they had to charge me $100 on top of the $24.95 they charged me to schedule it. I informed her I just reserved the cruise 10 minutes before I called. She put me on hold then came back and stated," Since you cancelled within 24 hours we will wave the fee. " I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THIS RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED. Moving forward I received an email that the next payment would be deducted from my account on a specific date. I attempted to pull up the reservation and THERE IT WAS STILL SCHEDULED. I called and spoke with ERIC EDRICKSON, he telecommutes from NJ, he was , GRUNTING and SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS SNORING, his dog was barking, he moved the phone to the side and screamed to someone in the background, "CAN YOU GET MY ALLERGY MEDICATION." This lasted for more then 40 minutes. He told me that the person I spoke to before him, "DIDNT DO HER JOB." put he will cancel the cruise but THEY HAVE TO CHARGE ME $100 CANCELLATION FEE. I told him no this is the SECOND TIME I AM CANCELLING THE CRUISE. He told me his supervisor doesnt come in until 9:00 so I had to wait on the phone. I waited on the phone, listening to his GRUNTING and SNORING SOUNDS. Then he put me on hold came back said they will wave the fee and the CRUISE WAS CANCELLED and I would get an email. I GOT AN EMAIL A FEW WEEKS LATER TELLING ME WHEN THEY WERE TAKING OUT MY SCHEDULED PAYMENT. I called TO CANCEL THE CRUISE FOR THE THIRD TIME, spoke with Kayla ext 33268 who was very helpful and pleasant, informed me she cancelled the cruise and I would be charge $100. I told her NO THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I AM CANCELLING THIS CRUISE. I spoke with her supervisor Arlene who was also very helpful and she waived the fee and sent me an email with the cancellation confirmation number on it.

My wife and myself were on the Viking Sky from 3/24/23-4/2/23 when we contracted Covid. Viking was no help, could not answer any of our questions. Isolated us in room after testing positive on 4/1/23. Then rushed us off ship on 4/2 to dirty hotel in North Venice. Viking people never called us to see if we were okay. They said you have travel insurance so you should file a claim. Poor customer service, Viking got their money upfront and dumped us.

Our cruise travel agent was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with booking our cruise!!! Great customer service! I highly recommend cruises.com for all your travel vacations!

I was quoted a complete price for a Royal Caribbean cruise with perks. They held my reservation for 48 hours, but when I went to book my cruise, they did not honor all of the onboard credit I was initially quoted. There are many other agencies to choose from. Be careful. I did not book this cruise due to their error even if it was a small amount. I lost confidence in this company over a very small amount of money they would not honor. I have been on many cruises. This is my first and hope my only bad experience when dealing with a cruise agency.

Brian Stringer was polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He may be the best travel agent I've ever worked with and considering how many I've dealt with, it speaks volumes.

It was the first time I had ever been in this site and it ended up being a good experience. It took me a little while however that was only because I was feeling a bit insecure about making sure I was choosing and putting the right info in.
