Zero stars if it was possible. Worst experience of all time. They put me through a week of hell only to book me on the wrong BOAT, wrong DATES and the wrong PORT. Luckily I didn’t lose all my money, but I did let my kids down. Also took off work for what’s now going to be nothing. STAY AWAY
I booked a cruise with cruises.com and paid for their insurance. I had to cancel and the cruises.com rep told me to wait to cancel until my mom had her dr appointment, so did. I canceled with both cruises.com and with their insurance.cruises.com paid me my refund, however the insurance never got back to me after they sent me an email telling me the recieved my documents. I contacted them again and resent the information, they never got back to me again but put it on my account that I filed my claim too late. I have spoke to 10 people at cruises.com ALL saying they will call me back and NEVER DO. I WOULD SUGGEST TO ALWAYS GO THRU THE CRUISE SHIP THEMSELVES.
I booked ocean view balcony w/guarantee (in writing) on Symphony of the Seas for 2/11/2023 . On my four time contact I was assure - guarantee !!! today they are assign me Boardwalk cabin ??? Can i sue them for fraud ?

Booking agent was very patient and helpful. Took all the time necessary to make sure we booked our 4 rooms for a big family celebration.

I booked a cruise 10 days in advance of sailing through Cruises.com. Three days later my Dr. told me not to go because of being in a high risk category for Covid. I called my Cruise.com Agent and cancelled immediately.She said she would call the cruise line for either a refund or credit for a future cruise. She promised to get back to me with results. I never heard back from her and have left messages twice daily for past six days. I called the cruise line directly and found out that it was solely up to Cruises.com to refund or give a credit & that the request for either had to come from Cruises.com. I again left a message for Cruises.com agent with is information and have never heard back. I would NEVER use Cruises.com again and would recommend STAYING AWAY from them as well!

My agent Miranda Estes is great but cruises.coms accounting department is much to be desired I got an email saying my visa payment didn’t go through I called NCL and they told me it was paid I told Mrs Estep and she checked on it and took care of it
Overall I've had a great experience with cruises.com. I initially booked our cruise in Feb 2022 for May 2023. Granted, I researched the cabin location I wanted myself before booking. They helped me reconfigure my flight departure day on the phone this afternoon and answered all my questions. I wish I had waited for a Black Friday sale to book but that's my own fault!
