When I called, the agent starter doing everything thru the BJ's travel service (which at seems they operate), not Cruises.com. I had several questions concerning promos and she could not answer them. I ended up booking myself and picking what I felt was the best for me.

Overall the process of booking a cruise through you guys has been surprisingly pleasant , We do most of our booking online and do not require a lot of changes or request any special needs But I will say once I called on a previous cruise in regards to pre paying our gratuities. And whoever the guy was - was extremely unpleasant and seemed liked he didn’t want to help me resolve this issue . But overall Cruises have been pretty decent to deal with Robert Becker

So far my experience with Cruises.com has been great. We booked a cruise in April for this coming February. It was kind of iffy at first as I was booking 2 separate cabins, and we have special needs. 3 months before the cruise, someone had to drop out. We have another person to take their place, but I was expecting to have to pay service fees to make the change, or even cancel and rebook that cabin. I was delighted to speak with Cassandra, and she made the whole transaction completely pain free, and there were no fees! I was very pleased. Had a lovely chat with Cassandra about ports and cruise lines. All in all an outstanding experience. I would not hesitate to use Cruises.com in the future.

Customer service was beyond outstanding!
we have booked well over 8 cruises with Cruises.com and each time we have issues with what they promise...they over promise and under deliver..they don't tell the whole truth about what you get with them,and when you asked, they say you should have asked at the time.....there are many other travel agents out there, most are alot better Called and spoke to a rep to explain my issues and asked for a manager to call me… she told her supervisor and they didn’t think anyone had the time to call… no surprise there!
