Called to cancel New Holland Cruise after booking thru Cruise.com. Cruise.com wants almost $250 then they told me NewHolland wants $999. Good deal ha? Just booked 2 days ago total was $1480..

You shouldn’t advertise you are going to give a gift card or money to be spent on board the ship for up to $1500.00 and then when you check out you get $75.00 for two people. That is pretty misleading

Shelley didn't send the emails she was supposed to and the cruise line can't find anyone else in my party. I don't know if that's them or your site. Just not a great start! I'm remaining hopeful.

Monday, Sept 26, 2022 So far we do not have any cruise experience with Royal Caribbean. We wll comment on our cruise experience after completion. However, we can comment on the booking, etc. 1. Fantasy Pfanenstiel Travel Professional 1-800-288-6006 Ext. 55301 was very professional, patient, courteous and responsive to our desires. 2. We need dinner reservation on 5 p.m., yet to be complete. 3. No cabin asignment yet. We request mid ship cabin and higher than 6 deck. Thank you and looking forward to see you your level mgmt & on board service.

Royal Caribbean is nothing but problems. We have had to call over issues many times before even going on the cruise. We are always on the phone for over an hour and about 50% of the time we get "disconnected." We were sent an invoice that shows a zero balance and then five months before the cruise, 5 months after the booking we were sent a new invoice saying we owe $1000. If we do not pay the cruise is canceled without a refund, and we would lose $6000. We have always booked through Carnival and will only book through Carnival in the future. When I told them that, they basically said they didn't care, I was only one person.
