Feb 20,2024I booked this MSC cruise with an agent at cruises.com because I wanted to be sure it included a drink package and she assured me it did. It turns out it did not. After the cruise I contacted them to report this. They contacted MSC and told me I would receive an onboard credit for future cruise. I did find that they were interested in helping to make things right but would not have the problem if the agent had verified that the drink package was included. My thoughts are to book directly with the cruise line. I have found a great agent at Norwegian. From what I can tell MSC does not have good understandable customer service.

Feb 06,2024Me and my husband had a wonderful time however the food could have been better we got so tired of the same stuff all the time and the quality of it and the ship could use a makeover she looked rough in several places that we seen she really needs some tender loving care but other than that we did have a good time.

Feb 02,2024This is not a bargain. When you get to the end they will hit you with the taxes and fees . Also you don't get to choose your cabin and there's no deck maps so you can't get familiar with the ship.
