I booked this MSC cruise with an agent at cruises.com because I wanted to be sure it included a drink package and she assured me it did. It turns out it did not. After the cruise I contacted them to report this. They contacted MSC and told me I would receive an onboard credit for future cruise. I did find that they were interested in helping to make things right but would not have the problem if the agent had verified that the drink package was included. My thoughts are to book directly with the cruise line. I have found a great agent at Norwegian. From what I can tell MSC does not have good understandable customer service.
Booking the trip was good. I specifically requested a suite with access to the Haven. Turns out the suite they sold did not have access.
Shelly was wonderful taking the time and attention I needed to help me understand all the information I needed to get my cruise booked. She went beyond all my expectations.

The agent was knowledgeable and honest and she followed thru quickly on every aspect of our trip. Every time we have left a message with a question she has answered very timely. She was a joy to work with.
Me and my husband had a wonderful time however the food could have been better we got so tired of the same stuff all the time and the quality of it and the ship could use a makeover she looked rough in several places that we seen she really needs some tender loving care but other than that we did have a good time.
This is not a bargain. When you get to the end they will hit you with the taxes and fees . Also you don't get to choose your cabin and there's no deck maps so you can't get familiar with the ship.

I had to use this site because my parents were using it to plan a group vacation. It was okay at best. The pricing differentials were extremely unclear.
Very misleading advertising! States one thing in their specials but doesn't apply when actually book. They have a lot of gotchas.
