Happy with the process and ecstatically happy with the bike, which I could never have allowed myself otherwise. The only thing that took a while and when everything was approved the bike I wanted already passed at its normal price

Feb 10,2025The experience overall was good and seamless. Only criticism is that you have to use the voucher for the exact amount of a purchase. This is a pain if you're getting a bicycle in the sale and it sells out before your voucher comes through - the chances of finding it/and maybe accessories to equal the same amount are slim so you have to then cancel it and start again with a new voucher which is a massive pain. Only some retailers will let you reserve the bike whilst you wait for the voucher.

Feb 09,2025Process was smooth but be aware that you can't top up the voucher value in cash (a limitation of all these schemes) but also, if you spend less they keep the money - you must spend it all in a single transaction. Also they take a 10% fee from the retailer (higher than some schemes, lower than others) so you can't always buy sale items.
