Mar 06,2023Tim was very Helpful as we needed an urgent damp survey due to a house buy. He responded very quickly and coherently explaining the process and the potential outcomes and he got back to us as soon as the survey been carried out - gave us an update which allowed us to go ahead with buying the property we were after and putting our minds at peace. In my opinion the only independent survey that we have had done in the whole house buying process that was worth spending any money on - extremely big thank you Tim and his team for all the diligent comprehensive advice support and work.

The price was very competitive versus other companies I looked at, and was precisely as agreed beforehand with no surprises. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a damp survey.

Totally independent so didn't recommend specific equipment or tradespeople. Great service for me as a landlord. Thank you.

Dec 13,2022Paul Ennis arrived a bit late as it was getting dark. Having carried out the survey he promised the report the following week. It took nearly four. He had promised that we could cal us any time if we had queries. Then we paid him. The report finally did arrive in December. I asked about a humidifier. He refused to reply peroperly. We only booked damp detectives as they claimed to be experts, but the moment we asked a technical question I was told to do the research myself. Hardly the reason you pay an expert for in the first place. We were extremely disappointed with the service and failure to live up to what was promised, even if only verbally. I would never reccommend this company to anybody!
