Bought the warranty I had it for about three months. It was supposed to cover my engine. I put a claim in it was denied immediately to lack of maintenance records when you sign up and in the book they send you it doesn’t say that you have to have maintenance records from the time you bought the vehicle. I submitted the maintenance records I had they told me it takes one to two days to review. It took them three weeks to deny it again because I was missing one maintenance record when you bought the vehicle 2 1/2 years ago, that’s a lot of maintenance records since I was missing one of them they denied the claim this place is a scam. I do not recommend anyone using it. They want your money every month but when it comes time to put a claim in they give you the runaround and they find any reason not to cover the claim. All it says in the book is you need to keep maintenance records? It does not say from the time you bought the motor vehicle so my car has been sitting at the garage for three weeks and the claim got denied twice even though I submitted 18 documents of my maintenance recorders and they still said it was insufficient do not use this place. It is a scam you’re giving your money away. You might as well put your money away in a separate account and pay out-of-pocket for repairs then use this scan place
Big thanks to Empire, my engine blow out on me within six months of me being a policyholder and they immediately honored fixing it. They ended up paying out $25,000 on my behalf I'm so appreciative for them thanks guy!! Highly recommended!
Mr. Eric mad my experience great, because it was at the end of the day for his shift to be over with. Eric was willing to help despite that it was time for him to get off. Eric explained everything to me and gave me a great deal on my warranty. I really appreciate the first class customer service that Eric displayed while we were talking about his experience on briefly living in Maryland while going to school at the University of Maryland 😃. Stay away from this company at all cost. I signed up and was told they could give it to me for 79.99 a month, the guy told me when he called that he would take a loss just to get me coverage. So I signed up because let's face it, he made some good promises. I get my contract in the mail and it states 137.50 a month. So I called and the guy who answered had an attitude, I stated what I was quoted and he called me a liar. I said that's funny because I recorded the phone conversation, which stated I was offered the 79.99. I told the guy I spoke with that maybe I need to leave a negative review. He then threatened me with Court and said that if I leave a negative review they will take that amount back out of my account, which is illegal. I asked the guy to speak to a manager and he stated I am the manager and I saod let me talk to your manager he said there is no one above me. The guy stated I will see you in court and disconnected so I attempt to call back and my number was blocked. So I sent an email and someone called me within 2 minutes and told me not to leave negative feedback. I told him my number was blocked and he says no it's not, I said yeah it is, he then stated that maybe I was "outside the calling area" funny how I called to get coverage and it wasn't blocked then when I called about the change of price it worked fine. The guy then said hang up and call it because it's not blocked. No because you unblocked it, he then said he didn't. I told the guy everything that transpired and he pretty much said the same thing, calling me a liar!! I told him to issue the refund and we would be done. They issued a pending credit on February 25, 2025 and it fell off the next day, because the credit card company said they didn't complete it on their end. So I called back again on 3-3-25 because I didn't have the refund. Theu said theu would issue it again, he then said please don't leave negative feedback. Sorry pal, you lie and deceive people to go with your company. I have phone calls recorded with evwry interaction with this company, which were posted on my social media account, wish I could post them here. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY This company called back this morning 3-6-25 asking me to delete the negative review, I advised them I left a negative review as I intended. He said well in that case we will take the 79.99 back, I advised him that was illegal and transferred me to a manager who then told me a negative review hurts their business. Yes it does and I will not remove and disconnected the phone line, they proceeded to call me back 3 times in which I ignored. I have filed a police report for harassment and also consulted with an attorney for if they do take the money back out of my account.
Hi I haven't been with this company for long but they really care about their customers clients and they offer a lot of them incentives through their company also. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and polite and patient and was genuinely concerned regarding my issues.
