Oct 17,2024Empire Auto protect was great. They were easy to get ahold of via the phone and always took good care of me as a client. It was simple to cancel the 3rd party warranty with Empire Auto Protect. I would use them again in the future.

Oct 06,2024OMG these people are something else. They collected our premiums month after month. Whenever we needed work done the shop had to take weeks sending them video’s pictures, estimates, we finally took it to the dealer. Still that did not help. They did the same thing all over again. Then they said they would cover $800 Out of a $2000. Then they said we had to pay the full bill first. We paid the $2000. Empire ended up paying $200. We paid 370. A month for Empires Warranty. Then we canceled the warranties… months ago. We have called and called months ago. Last month. I was literally yelling at them to cancel the warranty. They are still billing us!!! They are scammers. Beware this is our second warranty company. That we tried and they were both the same. Never paid, didn’t cancel when we asked them to, and billed us after the warranties were canceled. We used Empire and Endurance neither paid. Save your money you will get ripped off.

Oct 04,2024Total SCAM! What I sign up for over the phone and what you actually, get is comparing oranges to dog poo. Asked numerous times for my itemized coverage policy which I never reviewed, called numerous times to speak with a supervisor which never happened, never got a phone call back either from management. The only contacted me if there was an issue with billing!!! Even when I told billing that I never received my coverage plan they said "well we have nothing to do with that!!!" What a joke. Save your money bc this place is NOT legit. Wrote the BBB and filed a dispute for ever charge they stole from my credit card! Shady company!

Oct 04,2024This company is a joke my repair company called them how many times didn't get no response I'll call them didn't get no response they are scam they took my money then what I wanted to cancel they got all rude and told me if they didn't cancel it what was I going to do I told him I was going to call the Better Business Bureau told me oh no don't do that and I told them they better cancel my stuff

I'm glad he is my representative and now I have peace of mind knowing that my only means of transportation is covered. He takes his job seriously and wants to help people find a plan level which they are comfortable paying each month. He made me smile during our phone interaction. Thanks for sending him my way.

Sep 27,2024I actually work for an auto repair shop and this company is terrible. I have a woman who hasn't had her car in two weeks, her father just died and she needs to be in Florida and these people don't want to pay for her repairs after they sent an inspector out twice who vouched for what we said was wrong with the vehicle. Please do your research when looking for extended warranty companies. we deal with them a lot and they all try to get out of paying but this is the worst experience we have ever had with one.
