I purchased my plan with Empire a little over a year now and I just filed my first claim. I ran into an issue with the warranty company, became discouraged thinking they wouldn’t cover my repair, but Alex to the rescue! He assured me that he would take care of me and get my claim approved and he did just that! I really appreciate Empire for their great customer service!!! Regardless of what the negative reviews say, Empire Auto Protect is a great company that is true to their words!!!
