Aug 09,2023I recently joined Empire Auto Protect and was excited to find out they were able to cover my eclipse. It’s got high millage around 188k miles: I was told that after 30 days my policy would go into place. It is now currently active and went in place on 8/5/2023. While driving my car yesterday 8/7/2023 my car went up and I couldn’t shift gears. This was not an issue prior to the start of my service date. I took it to a Mitsubishi dealership as recommended and I was then denied services for my transmission repairs. I was told it was too early in the policy to get repairs done to the transmission. Since when is it to early for your car to breakdown? I had no prior issues to the car before the 7th. Now I have a legit issue and I have full coverage package and can’t use what I’m paying for. Not a happy customer at all.

Aug 05,2023They lie to customers they said I could Cancel anytime I paid never recieved the information packet did not use the policy and I still can’t get a refund. Scummy place that tricks people . Furthermore the men are abusive to woman customers. Buyer beware u too will be ripped off

Aug 02,2023I signed up and was told I could cancel at anytime. I was told I would get a pro rated refund for the unused time. I paid the whole amount upfront. I tried to cancel after 58 days because I sold my truck. They said I can’t cancel. I als for them to please check the recordings so they could hear the salesman tell me I could cancel. It’s been 12 days and they haven’t responded. Still waiting

Jun 13,2023Erick is very professionnal not a warranty sales person he makes sure you are covered with the good plan in my case being a Jaguar empire specialize in exotic cars to be honest it as been a long time i have not had service this way . I would refer this product and Erick to everyone .

Jun 12,2023Unfortunately, I had to cancel my agreement shortly after signing up. However, when I let Empire know, they were great to work with and refunded my down payment in full immediately. Very professional and easy to.work with... My entire experience with them was awesome.

Jun 08,2023I highly recommend going with them when shopping for auto coverage. We never know when our cars will break down but when they do, it is nice to have a company that is ready to help you out by your side. They are knowledge and speedy with processing your claim, which in those situations it is what you should hope for!

Apr 25,2023I looked everywhere for a warranty for my exotic car, everyone talks a good talk but believe me Nobody Beats Empire NOBODY & only one person to ask for MICHAEL, I've never had anybody that really cares & never trying to oversell you. This company is the best of the best Michael did a great job, very professional & a great representative for Empire. Biggest mistake for anyone is to buy a warranty somewhere else & make sure ask for Michael. Thank you Empire....

Apr 17,2023Young new Scam artist . Takes lot of time and effort to have many reviews. But this new young website less than 9 months old have a lot of reviews. Didn’t realize and researched it carefully that why I wasted my time and headache with these scammers. Paid full amount over $2k . Never received my refund as they promised . Contact them right away told me to dispute with my own bank. Because according to them they already credited back. But cannot provide the transaction. However my bank credited for me but now my bank have to deal with these con scam artists. Beware stay away don’t let these guy take hard working money

They worked with my dealer to make sure they had all the information they needed and paid the claim immediately there was no haggling or problems like other warranty companies. Mar 30,2023Would give 10 stars if possible. Smooth and easy process. Check engine light came on so I called empire they informed me to take my car to the dealer of my choice. They fully took over for me from there and I got my car back in a couple days after the dealership was done fixing. I’m so relieved after being skeptical at first when I bought the coverage and now I couldn’t be more grateful I have coverage that actually keeps to their word.
