Mar 30,2023I purchased a plan with empire in 2020 and had no claims with them. I called in to cancel the plan since I don’t own the vehicle and they gave me a refund that day. Easy process to cancel. I will be back if I buy another used car

Mar 22,2023My car broke down on a Saturday. I called Empire when it happened and within 1 hour, not only did they make arrangements for my car to get to a shop, they even had me in a rental car. They dealt directly with the mechanic and covered everything with original parts from Mercedes. Overall easy to get in touch with and very attentive to all of my needs.

Mar 22,2023Had empire protect. Transferred it to a new car that I bought. Had car for about 25 days and had a leak from radiator. Mind you I did not have to have 30 days because I Transferred it. Did they pay? Nope demmend it pre exciting. The mechanic said I would have known when I bought it if it had a leak. So that means it didn't happen before I got the car. Let's just say I left them fast. Do Not waist your money.

There is always someone available to assist you. 2 months after I signed up I had a problem with my vehicle and the claims department was so precise and professional. They covered my claim within 24 hours. I can’t say how happy I am to recommend a company with great customer service and care.

Michael was really quick and super helpful when it came to figuring out where to take my car for the repair (turns out it was my Porsche dealership where I got the car originally). Smooth process and everyone there seemed to know Empire. Highly recommended. Class A service.

Sep 15,2022I have got my extended car warranty from Empire auto protect and they were really nice, friendly and supportive and I bought it through the customer service agent named Den and he was with me on phone to answer all of my questions after sending me the email and he even went with terms & condition along with me staying on the phone and answered all my questions and concerns his customer service was outstanding. As I was buying the used car I through of buying the car warranty before receiving my car delivery from the dealership for the peace of mind and after doing lot of research online and talking with other extended warranty companies I got the best price for their premium plan and covered all which I was looking for and good customer support too. So after buying the warranty from Empire auto protect I called and told my dealership that I will not be buying the extended warranty from them. So the dealership didn't liked it and started saying that my monthly EMI will go high and etc. etc.... and I had lot of conversion and finally I decided not to buy my car from that dealership. So unfortunately I have to call Empire Auto to cancel and REFUND for my warranty and at that time I was talking with the customer service agent named Jonny and he right away refunded the money and that time also I was been given the good customer service. So in the future I will definitely buy my car warranty from Empire Auto when I buy my next car and this is real company there is no scam.

Mar 30,2023What an amazing experience! I signed up 5 months ago with one company car. There was an issue with my carburetor. Empire auto protect stepped right in !! After that I knew I can trust this company. I put my other 7 company vehicles under them. Empire all the way !!
