Nov 21,2024Absolute SCAMMERS.. purchased a mechanical failure extended auto warranty for 93 per month and 11 months later (still paying the monthly) they denied the claim for a new engine for it had MECHANICALLY FAILED.. WHAT DID I PAY FOR THEN?? total SCAMMERS do not give these thief's any of your money.. they already got $1031.25 off of me and now looking at having to spend another 8000 getting an engine replaced!!! They claimed that the claim was denied for loss of compression.. WELL HOW THE HECK TO ALL ENGINES FAIL???? That's like saying if you had a water heater under warranty that "sorry cant cover it for there was water in the WATER heater" WTHeck are they saying???

Nov 20,2024Absolutely awful. 80% a scam. They tell you its all going to be covered when you sign up. Probably willing to tell you anything to get you to sign. Then a year later your water pump fails and then... they show their true colors. Though its clearly covered under the warranty. They tell you they will only authorize half the repair, (you pay the other $1100), will only let you replace with a low end chinese part (not oem as it should be), and also are unwilling to pay the shops going rate. Thats just the tip of the iceberg. Criminal is what they are. Its looking like this is going the road of a class action lawsuit. This is coming from a former warranry adjuster and current quality specialist at a major OEM. Please do not do business with this organization, you will regret it.

Nov 16,2024Empire Auto Protect is one of the worse companies. I have extended Warranty for my car and my air condition is not working, When I called them and talked with supervisor, he was very Rude, he denied the coverage with no explanation at all. The air-condition is one of the items that is checked covered in my policy.

Nov 05,2024SCAMMERS!!! Don't do business with this company. They will not pay claims and they don't refund your money if you cancel. Check out the Yelp reviews before you sign up - reviews can't be bought through Yelp like they can through Google. We are out over 9k in warranty claims.

Oct 30,2024Dont waste your time with them. I was looking for a warranty in may. Put in a request and they called me. After numerous attempts of trying to get me to pay for a warranty i was not sure i wanted yet, i was cussed out, basically yelled at and hung up on. 5 MONTHS LATER! I got 4 calls back to back from the same number and the same automated message asking me if i was interested in a warranty. These guys really suck and make it a headache to get a warranty. Dont do business with them.
