Feb 26,2025I purchase a car warranty from Empire, apparently, they noted my car mileage wrong or at least that what they are saying is why that won't pay the claim, noting a mileage discrepancy. Funny thing is that the discrepancy issue did come up until the repair shop sent the pictures and estimate EMPIRE /DOWC requested. What's worst is that I am being sent back and forth btw Empire (Broker) and DOWC, I did not enter into a contract with DOWC .
