I signed up with empire for 4 months now and it has been nothing but smooth. I had a $2700 claim, they were transparent with me on how to handle it and helped me through the process making my vehicle feel brand new! Would recommend to anyone!
Purchased a warranty on my mini copper about 3 months ago out of no where my engine blew and empire saved the day. They paid the 9000 claim and all I had to pay was a $100.00 deductible
After I made my post yesterday, I received a phone call this morning asking me to take down my review. He told me he would refund me $99 if I took down the post. I told him I would have to find the post. He called me back. I told him I wanted a full refund or I'm not taking it down. He insulted me again, saying I was a fraud. I'm the one out of $233.53. He tried telling me I can't file a claim the 1st day. I brought a used car. It's not like I had the car for 2 years and this happened. And, if I am so wrong, why did I get 2 phone calls asking me to remove my post and also offering a $99 refund. While I was writing this post, there is a reply to part one, saying the exact thing I said. Saying day 30 (not day 1) I attempted to file a claim. And there is a 30 day waiting period (that I waited). Yet, I'm the fraud. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! Somehow they got my previous review deleted. Here is the whole story. I bought a policy for my daughter's car. She was 18 and I was paying for the car, insurance and warranty. The car was totaled 6 weeks after I paid in full. There was a 30 day waiting period so the coverage was only 2 weeks. They promised me a $1,550 refund and was going to keep $400. For those 2 weeks. They promised a check would be sent in a few days. Waited the required 20 business days but it never arrived. Went through this 3 more times. No check. Then they promised me a reversal and that didn't come, then another re ersal from someone pretending to be the owner. Nothing? Then supposedly spoke to the owners son who apologized and said a new check would be sent. That was 2 months ago. Filed a better business complaint and they lied saying they couldn't pay me but sent a check to my daughter. Same address as mine but no check! These people are liars and thieves! Please don't delete this review people need to know. Also most of these 5 star reviews seen to come from a very narrow radius from DE. Mostly from NJ. It's a nationwide business but somehow the positive reviews are local. These people need to be shut down.

Well it was great the info was good and I felt good about purchasing this because I was afraid of being without.this is the last car I'll buy. The price was affordable and within my budget. The staff was very helpful and I'm glad to be able to get the service. Now just pray& hope nothing goes wrong for a long while. I'm glad I didn't wait any longer. Thank you.3

I am the third owner of this vehicle which is in excellent condition and has low mileage. The head gaskets recently went out and we filed a claim for it, since the handbook states that head gaskets are a covered item. The shop had 2 inspectors come to look at the vehicle, and now we are being told by the claims department, that the head gaskets won't be covered because the vehicle overheated. This is typical when a head gasket goes out which is what causes overheating, just ask any mechanic. It's also when we realized there was a problem. If the head gasket had not gone out, the car wouldn't have overheated. It also states on page 3 of the handbook that head gaskets and seals ARE a covered item. Our shop suggested a rebuilt or used engine due to the make and model of my vehicle, (they do not recommend attempting to fix it because that particular engine had flaws) and was told that wouldn't be covered. This is a well established, reputable shop. I feel like I was mislead from your company. I am now out both out the car, and the money I have already paid for this warranty. I signed up for a 2 year contract, which supposedly lasts for 4 but it seems to me that this is a scam. Very disappointed in the company and the way you found to get out of fixing my car. False advertising for sure.

He made me comfortable when I asked the same question over and over. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Jun 19,2024They didn’t want to fix my car after I asked for a refund and they keep putting me on hold finally after two months, I called back and he said he refunded me two months ago, but I never got the money then he said call my bank and then I wrote a review on the company and then they called me to take it down. I would not go with this company always having problems when I call, avoid this company by all means !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seem like only two people worked there and every time you call they know if you do go with this company, you better off going with the month-to-month plan so you could cancel anytime and not waste a big amount of money they will not fix your car anyways, so good luck!!!!
