Jun 07,2024They have a list full of thing they will cover but don’t believe it they only cover up to a small portion that is a little more then your monthly payment.(the sales agent will not mention this) definitely never go to a dealer with this warranty it will not help at all. Also they down play rental reimbursements and will not even cover diagnostic fees.

Jun 07,2024Run away from these guys. They lie when they sell you on policies. Validate what they sell you with the actual insurer. I was told the two warranties I bought through Empire Auto Protect were "Titanium" policies, and covered my cars for 100% of repairs covered by the policy. After buying the policies I emailed Empire 4 times asking for validation in writing. No response. I called them back and was again told coverage was 100%. After the policies arrived in the mail, I called the actual insurer. The actual coverage was 50% of repair costs UP TO $500 max/repair, and $2000 max/year. Very different than described. Don't pay $90/mo for coverage that caps at $500 for a repair. Had to submit a dispute with my credit card company to try and get the reimbursement that Empire denied.

Jun 06,2024Hi, my name is Anton Smith . I’ve got a 2007 Dodge Nitro which I had a problem with it. I took it to a dealer. They took care of it and Empire motors handled everything it was over $2000 and all I had to pay was my $100 deductible. I really appreciate Empire service and thank you Lance for helping me out. Appreciate it.

I have an older vehicle and had been thinking about getting some sort of policy (for awhile), gosh forbid I’d need to use it. The process was easy and now I have peace of mind that my Jeep will be pretty much fully covered if anything serious goes awry! Jason is awesome and I highly recommend this company!

Jun 08,2024I have some minor repairs needed on my Mercedes. My mechanic has called and called, multiple times a day.Unable to reach a person! Not acceptable! Will be at hospital next week and had hoped to have this resolved by then. They assured me no cap and no deductible. Now I'm stressing. I was just told the max for my repair is $500. When I bought the policy I was told NO caps and NO deductible. Not so. I feel I was lied to more than once. When I called this morning with a question, I was told my account was locked because I defamed them here. Bill Triplett
