Submitted for a quote yesterday and got a response today!!! Lance was wonderful. Had a great attitude and the customer service was excellent. Answered all my questions with knowledge and delight.
Paid for the best package you can get. They only cover $500 a visit and only up to $2000 a year. Save your money. Also I told them I wanted to cancel and wouldn’t cancel me. I want a full refund! Update 8/21 still charged me another month after I said I wanted to cancel. Said I hung up on the previous person. Yes I did because all he kept saying is have a blessed day even though I was still trying to talk. Still no refund. SCAM!
When I signed up for this, I was told I could cancel at any time and after I received the pamphlet in the mail yes, I wanted to cancel because it was nothing like the man had told me it was about. I’ve been trying to cancel for a month and a half now everyone I speak to is so very rude, nobody will return my phone calls. No one will cancel my subscription. I finally got a hold of someone today and I got this subscription June 17 and today is July 24 and this man had the nerve to tell me that I have to pay another month in order to cancel when I’ve been trying to cancel for the last month and a half , he said I was being rude because I’m not paying my bills. These people need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and nobody nobody should be in the situation to be yelled at and talk to you that way so unprofessional I’ll be contacting a Better Business Bureau after doing this review.

Friends, I am writing this with utter honesty and what I have experienced. I worked with Eric here at Empire auto. I got the warranty for my Mercedes AMG GLE 53. But they refused to cover items which were part of the warranty. First they said they will cover the rear flex disc and also told my Mercedes dealership they will and then even after commiting they are refusing. it seems they try to maintain a good image by paying for repairs as long as they are not costly but if you face a costly repair they will try to find a way to reject it. They clearly refused to cover my ignition coil wiring harness which was absolutely needed to be repaired. That repair was $3000 including labor and then even the fuel arm flap which has nothing to do with any wires was refused bluntly to be covered. I went back and fro with them to get the coverage but they just kept me hanging on for weeks. I will be filing a complain with BBB and small claims court as well. This is my answer to your reply because I want trust pilot to know the truth too. I remember your company called and said that you are willing to pay 1000 dollars on the condition that this review " which is exactly the truth" be removed. I wrote this review to save other gullible and simple customers who may buy this warranty under the impression that it will cover them when it is needed the most. I need the full amount paid to Mercedes benz which is $1000 and $3000 to me which I paid out of pocket and then yes i will update this review that the warranty took care of what was promised. I am waiting to resolve this amicably but if this is not what can be done then I will need to take this to court and the news channels as well including better business bureau explaining clearly and honestly what is going on and if I have to take this to court then I will request additional legal fees as well. I have to raise my voice for justice. I don't care if worst case I end up loosing money but I need to save my brothers and sisters here. Let me know if you are willing to do the right thing and I will honor that and respect you for that.

I had such a wonderful experience talking to the gentleman. He was very knowledgeable of the product and the services that were offered, and it was such a pleasure dealing with somebody with such knowledge and great personality to go along with it.
Was informed if I cancelled the contract within 30 days of signing the payment would be refunded. I called and cancelled it 2 weeks after signing. I didn't think about it afterwards to check if the charge had been reversed on my card but 10 days later I was charged again. Of course I called back and smart mouth Shaun or Shawn (if that's his real name) said there was no record of me calling and cancelling the first time but since I'm still within the 30 days it will be cancelled and all charges will be reversed. 1 week later the charges haven't been reversed so I call back. Same smart mouth Shaun tells me the charges will not be reversed because they have already charged the 2nd payment even though it hasn't even been a month. But I'm covered until the end of the month and no more money will be withdrawn. Why am I angry at 9 in the morning he asks? Perhaps because I have been lied to and bamboozled. Even if I were to stay with them I would seriously wonder if they would honor the contract if I actually had to use it for services or repairs. I should have done my homework and read these reviews before signing up. I'm sure the majority of these 5 star ratings were written by Shaun or some kid sitting in a coffee shop he bought coffee for. A few hours after originally posting this review I receive a call from Bradley asking if I would update or delete it. If I did they would refund my payment. So of course I agreed but here we are 2 weeks later and nothing has been refunded. These guys are GARBAGE. Bonafide 0 stars with customer service but 5 stars in swindling.

Jul 30,2024I purchased a vehicle warranty for my Lamborghini Hurcan in April of this year and two months after I own the vehicle, I heard weird noises coming from the engine. I took the vehicle to Lamborghini, and they recommended a clutch replacement. The warranty company began the process of me, jumping through hoops to provide additional documentation of the vehicle. They denied all of the claims that were put in for the repairs for the vehicle further stated that it’s a pre-existing condition, based off of a diagnosis that was performed at Lamborghini before I own the vehicle, the diagnosis clearly stated that the vehicle was operating as normal and they have repaired whatever issue the previous owner had reported . Further stated at the providing that diagnosis from Lamborghini that they had to void the warranty because the vehicle sale was under my LLC name. The sales representative “ Jeffrey” Reviewed all of the paperwork that I had on the purchase of the vehicle before approving the purchase of this warranty. So now after the vehicle warranty was canceled by this shady company they refusing to give me back the $9000 I spent to protect my vehicle. For the last three weeks, they have claimed to sent me three checks, which, for some reason have never reached my address . They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau and the federal trade commission running a scam business. I highly recommend if you’re considering a vehicle warranty to stay away from this company. I am a disabled veteran in the US Army and medically, retired federal police officer, and if they did this to me, they will definitely do it to you. Recommend this place to friends or family!
