Jul 02,2024what an absolute wonderful experience purchasing warranty’s For my sons car and my car. Great discounts for multiple cars and the best customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with walked me through everything. He was patient. He was kind and he made sure we were safe and taken care of so if anything happens to our cars we have empire protecting us! It is a sigh of relief to know if anything happens all we have to take care of is $100 deductible! Magnificent value for the money! Take advantage of the Fourth of July sale!!

Jul 01,2024I got the warranty through empire warranty but ut turns out the people who authorize the claims is Headstart warranty group. Another company call MEPCO is who I paid every month. Now I have a problem with Headstart warrant group who said that when I tow my car to the place fixing my car a day/evening which i didnt know who to call because MEPCO who i was paying was close. It was the next business day i was transfer to Headstart. I was told by Headstart the Auto shop should not be working on my car until they get approval. I said they have been working on the car/ testing the car to figure out the problem. They said i am not entitled to a rental car because labor is 5 hours to i stall the parts. The Auto shop is still working on my car and stated that they had a problem with the adjuster. Even though parts that are used has tobe after market value. The adjuster decided how much each part should cost by going on what they look up and not consdiering the economy and the prices the Auto Company has to pay. I deal with a legitimate company cerified in Volvo and have saved me money if i had gone to Volvo dealership. I will not recommend Empire Warranty, Headstart warranty or MEPCO. Do not do business with them because they will do their bestnot to cover the cost but have no problem taking my money every month. I took this warranty out for peace of mind. Did not get it at all. Make sure you read the fine print. I am am Senior Citizen but still able to understand things. Trust nothing they say. I got screw and i am to blame. They are in business to take your money and make promises they will not keep. Stay away for Empire Waranty for Auto and Headstart Warranty Group. I would give zero stars if I could

Jun 29,2024These people spam call and text me constantly from ever changing numbers. I have blocked upwards of 3 dozen different numbers of theirs, minimum, since January. I will never use their services and have told all my friends to never use this spammy company either

Jun 29,2024I am a completely dissatisfied customer with Empire Auto-Protect. My car was sent to a dealership for repairs, and I met all the requirements. However, when my service advisor called a representative to authorize the repairs on my car, it was denied. I reached out to management multiple times but to no avail. If anyone is thinking about choosing this service, think twice. I am completely dissatisfied with the claims of service repair. The reason for the denial I was told the car had a pre-existing issue. While I was never asked to take the car in for a pre-diagnosis before the warranty started. This is just another excuse for not honoring the contract that I signed and paid for.

Jun 28,2024Do not buy coverage from this company. They are a scam! Robin kassin Is the one who sold me a plan and I asked him is there anything that this warranty does not cover? He said no it covers everything. I go to my dealership they found something I wasn’t aware And they tried to contact Empire auto protect, who told the service advisor at Audi that I’m giving a $500 allowance. That was not what I agreed to and Robin vehemently lied to me and stole my Money. Even when I tried contacting Empire, the service agent was rude and refused to give me a refund nor wanted to cover for the line behavior of Robin kassin. What a shame of a company never do business with these people they will just steal your money and display disgusting Behavior toward you. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY, THE WAY THEY STOLEN FROM ME!!!
